The island is a paradise, snorkeling was an incredible experience. - Incredible from start to finish. Our guide was Jefferson from GHL Relax Sunrise and he was spectacular. He explained everything to us, he went slowly because he knew that speed scared my son, he was kind, attentive and punctual. I recommend that you ask for it. You won't regret it.

Many thanks! - We were quite skeptic at first due the reviews on weather forecasts however despite the ads on other tour operators didn't offer the most security as this one that turned out to be organised accurately with care for detail and friendly staff always checking that we are comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The Island nature made us feel so relaxed and confident with the amazing views of this paradise Island's emerald waters…We definitely recommend this Tour operator five stars!😃😃 We are very thankful to Sonia Charris who guided us well in our Island adventure from our Florida home. Johnny cat is a must, it was my second time. Always great 👌🏻 - Cecilia was the best tour guide I have had on the island, it was my 3rd time lots of people host this tour and it is a must. I would highly recommend doing it with her and booking your other tours through her. Top notch hospitality all around.

Great snorkeling!!! - The snorkeling is some of the best I’ve ever done because the water is so clear you could literally see the fish from the shore.

Johnny Cay Island was the best of the two tours - The fast boat ride from San Andres to Johnny Cay Island was exhilarating. I was hoping it would last longer, as I love speed. The white sandy beach at Johnny and the multiple blue hues of water were remarkably clean and inviting. Our tour offered lunch for the cost of the meal you selected. While our hot lunch of either chicken or fish was being prepared, we walked along the beach in our beach shoes, which we purchased from the tourist office. We remained on the island for 4 hours or so before the trip to the aquarium. After a brief boat ride, we were dropped off at another island that contained an island-style bar and restaurant—nothing fancy but welcoming. The aquarium is the sea itself. We remained in the aquarium (i.e., in the shallow water) for a few hours. Quite frankly, after an hour or 2, we were both ready to leave; there was not much to do. The boat returned rather late to take us back to the initial boarding location in San Andres. Boarding the boat could be an Olympic event, as one must depend on their upper-body strength to hoist themselves onto the boat. I noticed that the boat crew and other passengers assisted women and children in accomplishing this feat. Besides the perilous boat boarding task at the aquarium, we enjoyed the Johnny Cay & Aquarium tour.

Good experience would be great if we were given proper snorkeling equipment. - The host Cecilia was amazing. Very organized. We left about 30 mins after the expected time, yet the host and guides did a great job explaining things and giving us a great experience. The water is crystal clear and the snorkeling was great only because we used another couple personal snorkeling gear. We paid 20M for snorkeling gear but couldn't use it because the boat did not have the mouth piece to go with it. They should say that before offering. Take you own snorkeling equipment and water shoes, it's will make the trip a lot better for you. Be careful of the stingray and 'non' bitting sharks.

Beautiful Waters to See - I think this is a great way to extend your beach vacation. Johnny Cay is a must to see. It was really cool to see the Acuario as well. The Acuario is very rocky - cannot walk barefoot, so bring water shoes. You get a few hours on each island and its very relaxing. Its really only a beach getaway, not much to do, so expect to relax, eat and drink by the pristine blue waters.

I had the activity... - I had the activity scheduled for March 27, 2024. They had not sent me the tickets and when they finally did, there was no information about the place where we should arrive. I contacted the two contact numbers they have, 3103675667, and no one responded. It always goes to the mailbox to the number it has and they don't respond either Since that same day and until now I continue writing to them, trying to contact the operator but no one responds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
