Enjoyed the Alamo Experience - The tour was good. On the outside garden, they did not tell us about all the statues in the courtyard. There were only 5 of them.

Not worth the money when you can do it for free - This was less of a guided tour and more of a very hot taxi service. The tour guide barely spoke during the drives and stayed in the van with the ac (which barely worked) rather than guiding us on our tour. If I wanted to just walk around in the sun and see the missions I could have done that for free. While I’m glad I didn’t have to research locations and drive myself, I’m disappointed at the lack of information and guidance for the group.

Terrible terrible experience - This is a warning to anyone considering using this app for San Antonio TX excursion ‘DON’T ‘ I booked a Viator excursion for a 9:00am, I waited an hour and half, tried contacting the local operator with no response. I then contacted Viator Customer Care and they rescheduled me for a 1:30 PM excursion. To my horror I waited over two hours and no one showed up again trying to contact the local operator of the excursion with no response. Marriott concierge reached out to Viator on my behalf trying to rectify this issue without resolve. After wasting almost 4 hours waiting for my excursions I spoke to Viator Customer Care and requested a full refund. I’ve been given the runaround to this date. I’ve still not received my refund. Please don’t book through Viator. I wish I can give no stars, but the app won’t allow me too, so I guess I’ll have to give just one.
