- The beach closes at dark and horses must be off the beach prior to dark.
- Riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
- No riders under the age of 6 can ride on the trail.
- Children ages 6 and 7 years old can ride but must be ponied by the trail guide.
- Riders cannot exceed a maximum weight limit of 220 lbs/99.79 kg.
- All riders must wear closed-toe shoes and jeans.
- Smoking and alcohol not allowed.
- Running and trotting not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.

Eileen, Ricky and Cynthia were very gracious and helpful, and despite a warning that the beach might stink, Eileen was more than willing to risk it with us and it turned out amazing. The horses are chill, the staff is helpful, and the overall experience was totally worth it. 10/10 will come back again!

Didn’t get to ride on the beach due to conditions, but offered a full refund for the time we didn’t do. The staff was extremely helpful to our needs and were determined to make sure we were fully happy. Would definitely go again!

Surfside Ranch called me prior to my ride to let me know the flooding in January still hasn't subsided so there probably wouldn't be a beach ride. However, I was more interested in getting a three hour ride and Surfside Ranch didn't disappoint!

What an awesome experience. From petting the barn animals to feeding the horses and donkeys, to the beach ride, everything was fantastic. The beach ride was absolutely gorgeous! The wrangler was fun and super laid back, I never felt uncomfortable or not safe. Highly recommend.

Drove 2 hours away to do the beach ride. Only to first find out that the beach reeked up sewage. Then as we descended along the hour long trail to the beach, it was closed. Wrangler didn’t seem very concerned on my part. Kind of non schalant. NOT cool. Won’t be going back. Should have had prior knowledge of the beach closing for two weeks prior to ride.

Unfortunately the ride was very disappointing. It started so late 45 minutes was spent riding in the dark. The area is not great, scrub land with lots of rubbish, polluted streams you have to go through. Completely overpriced plus a request for a tip before you even go on the ride.
