San Diego Gaslamp Quarter-Saturday 9/21 - Aja was a great tour guide for the San Diego Gaslamp tour! She taught us about the history of the Gaslamp Quarter. I feel more confident exploring the Gaslamp Quarter on my own after the tour. We were offered a good variety of food while catering to my dietary needs as a pescatarian. I recommend taking a Sidewalk Foods tour!

Fabulous tour and food - Noah was a great tour guide. Fun to listen to. Knew the history of this part of town and related well to all of us on the tour. The foods he picked were really good. I'm sure it varies based on the time of year, who is open, and what's available. We enjoyed bagels and spread; Cuban empanadas and sauces; Greek souvlaki, veggies, hummus and dips; crazy-good tacos and an ice cream shop with 70 flavors.

A perfect itinerary - Five different establishments in a perfect order, with food choices ready immediately upon our arrival. This allowed us to enjoy the ambience and to converse with the other guests while tasting delicious preparations. Our tour guide, Lydia L, provided history, interesting stories, and tidbits about the Gaslamp District. The tour was perfectly planned, orchestrated, and a pure delight in all aspects. My wife approves this message.

Cover a large territory I. A short period of time - Aja was a great tour guide. She shared so many facts and stories about the area that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The food was good and the tour covered a large area and types of food in a very short period of time.

Loved it! - Lydia L was a wonderful hostess, giving us fun nuggets of info while getting to taste a wide variety of different foods. She made the time fly by and engaged us with fun personal and historic stories. Definitely would recommend! Perfect area and amount of time.

Go for it! - The food (except the dried out bagels) was just great with a nice variety and interesting settings. Noah was informative, even though I’d have enjoyed hearing more history, and helped the group meld. We truly enjoyed it!

Eating our way through the city - We enjoyed the narrative as we ate our way through the Gaslamp area. Mo was always attentive to our needs. We were presented with way too much food!! We are probably the first to request a to-go bag near the end of the tour. I would definitely recommend this event for folks visiting San Diego.

Lots of yummy food! - Our tour and guide was AMAING. Unfortunately Viator did not notify me of a slight change AND when I wanted to contact the guide, Viator was no help and misleading. Unfortunate start to an otherwise fantastic tour. Lots of food!!
