outstanding tour - Kayla did an outstanding job. she was very knowledgeable concerning the haunted buildings in old town. she had pictures and video of experiences she and some of the folks on her tour have had. she was professional, courteous and very personable. thank you for an excellent experience!!

Excellent tour! - Fantastic tour, it was super well done! Lauren did an excellent job showing us the history of San Diego and ghost stories were spooky!

Friendly and fun - Our guide was friendly and conversational before the tour even started. Very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Wasn't pushy or offended that a member of our group wasn't really a "believer". Funny stories, insightful knowledge. The walking was reasonable and there weren't long distances between each stop. We really enjoyed our time.

Great tour: history + spooks with a fun guide - Great tour of San Diego’ Gaslamp Quarter! We had Kelly as a guide, and she rocked. She knew her stuff, gave us a little history and a lot of chills, and made our tour really fun and informative. We’ve been on a lot of ghost tours in multiple states, and this one ranks high on our list now!

Fun walking tour in Old Town - Cassie was a great tour guide full of stories. I was part of a large group and she vibed off of that pretty well. Stories were fun, history she shared about what buildings were moved/who lived there/what happened inside made the tour interesting.

Meh. - This was just okay... it was only our family on the tour which was super cool but the guide seemed a little unsure of what she wanted to say at most places. We finished the night at a graveyard and the guide snapped at my daughter about how she "spoke" to a ghost, which made my daughter very embarrassed and clam up (in reality the guide wasn't paying enough attention to realize we were all abiding by her arbitrary rules, she just interrupted my daughter before hearing her whole question). I was disappointed in how the guide treated her because this whole experience was meant to be special for my daughter and the night was ruined.

Save your money - Never been on a “haunted” tour and this wasn’t really one either. A walking history lesson of how cheap the city was bought, brothers and madams. Really nothing ghostly about it. Several groups walked away from the tour as it was that uneventful.

Couldn’t hear tour guide - The tour guide did not use a portable microphone/headset and speaker, so most of her stories were lost in the passing traffic noise. The parts I could hear were interesting. Almost nothing to see, just talking and stories.

Disappointed - About 1.5 hours before the tour that we planned, booked and paid for, we were notified that the tour was canceled because not enough people booked the tour. Then I have to ask TripAdvisor for a refund, the tour won’t do refunds. Super disappointing.
