10 out of 10, Angela's the best, great tour - We had such an amazing experience seeing the caves of La Jolla and learning about the area from our incredible tour guide, Angela. She was the best! She answered all our questions and made the experience so fun and unforgettable! Would definitely recommend!

What a great tour guide! - This was my second time doing the tour, and even better than the first because of our awesome tour guide. SmAngela was incredible! So fun, informative, and made sure we were comfortable and safe. It made our experience worth while and intimate. She even offered to take our picture. Really something to experience, highly recommend!!! If there's an employee of the month... she should win!

Cave kayak tour - Shop is very short walk to beach and kayaks. Staff were really great. Very well organized. Fun excursion. Got up close to sea lions near the caves. Shop has a foot shower to rinse of sand. Best to bring flip flops. Great tour.

Cave tour - The tour was fantastic! Elizabeth was an incredible guide and made sure we saw a shark and made it inside the caves. The sea lions were adorable!

A must do - It was a fun and new experience loved it tour guide was great! I believe his name is Kiren do chill and informative made the experience a great time!

Kayak Tour First of Many - What a beautiful day and trip. First time kayakers and we had a blast. The guides were extremely nice and took care of our group of 7 kayaks (5 Dbl and 2 Sgl). Great stories of the homes, seals and habitats. Enjoyed the day and tour. Great exercise and great price.

Top notch tour and equipment - The seven caves of La Jolla are amazing!!! Having the equipment on the shore so you don't have to transport is best part. Also the staff is super friendly.

Cove kayak - This was fun. Kayaking was on my list of things I've wanted to do, so this was the perfect opportunity. We had to wait beyond our scheduled time as there were too many kayaks on the water, but once we go out onto the ocean it was fine. We got to see the sea lions up close and lots of wildlife from the ocean level. Very interesting tour.

Bad experience, don’t recommend - I wouldn’t recommend this business because of their poor management and unprofessional behavior, especially from the manager, Ethan. We booked a tour for 4:30 PM but got delayed by traffic. We called ahead, and the front desk assured us we could still make it. We arrived at the shop on time, but the staff didn’t seem concerned or mention that we might miss the tour. When we got to the beach, we were told we couldn’t join the guided tour or any later ones. It was frustrating to see other guests, who arrived even later than us, being allowed to join the tour. This showed a clear lack of consistency in how they manage things. To make matters worse, they switched us from the guided tour to a rental, where we were left unsupervised. We had signed a waiver for a guided tour that included safety gear like helmets, but they took away our helmets and left us on our own. They claimed we broke their policy by being late, but then they didn’t follow their own rules either. Overall, the management here, especially under Ethan, is disorganized and unreliable. I recommend finding a more professional and well-run service elsewhere.
