Feel the exhilaration of piloting your own speed boat during a guided, narrated journey around the harbor of San Diego. You’ll be at the helm of your own speed boat for the entire expedition, trailing behind a trained and well-informed guide in a separate boat. Every boat has a two-way communication system installed, so you’ll be able to listen to your guide throughout the trip. This speed boat escapade is a wonderful opportunity to observe the stunning harbor of San Diego and get acquainted with its past while zipping across the water.
- Not recommended for people with neck or back problems or a recent surgery to participate. Pregnant women should not participate
- Bring a swimsuit in the summer and a jacket in the winter, sandals or flip-flops, towel, sun block, sunglasses
- The per boat weight limit of 425 lbs (205kgs)
- You must be 18 years or older to drive a boat by yourself
- The boats do not have a storage compartment
- No experience or boating license required

Fantastic time! - This was awesome. Took my wife and my wife 18 and 21 year old sons. We all absolutely loved it! Our guide David was amazing and knowledgeable and we all had a blast. I was concerned it would be cheesy for two grown boys but I was so wrong. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Speed boat tour - We had amazing tour with David ; highly recommend it for fun adventure in the harbor. David took us to unexpected places not listed in the tour and we saw sea lions and came close to downtown.

So Much Fun!!! - This tour is amazing. We had Keegan as our guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave a great tour! I would highly recommend this tour to family or friends, or anyone who wants to have a great time! 10/10

Speed boat tour in San Diego bay - Our family of four went . Each parent had one kid in their boat and we had the best time. Our kids are 8 and 7 and they loved it . Dave was an awesome guide and made sure fun was had by all.

Speed boats - This was a fun adventure with my daughter. Got to drive a mini boat in San Diego Harbor and learn facts about the ships, museums and see seals. Staff were friendly and the day was beautiful. Would recommend

Speed boat adventure - A truly amazing adventure! The water was calm, the weather was warm the boat was super cool and our guide Keagan was very knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend this day trip for anyone local or tourists because our San Diego harbor is a gem.

Amazing. Highly recommend - Keegan was amazing! Made our day amazing! We were a large group of 10. My kids had a blast. Worth it! We were the first group of the day at 9am, the water was calm and made for a great day.

Speedboats are fun - This tour is really fun. Jeremy was a great guide with all the jokes. I like that there’s an opportunity to switch drivers of the boat throughout the tour

Fun ride but shorter than description - Fun experience, nice staff. Would be great if parking directions were provided in reservation but we called for direction of where to park (recording). The experience says 1.5-2 hours, time driving full speed was 45 minutes. Other 45 minutes was taxing and getting directions. Was hoping for more time in bay (eg getting to Coronado bridge per description)
