- Pink Boat has complete window enclosures that can go up or down depending on guests’ comfort.
- Captain’s fee ($100) and Charter insurance ($25) are not included, and must be paid before departure (Cash/Venmo for captain’s fee and credit/debit card for insurance payment).
- Feel free to bring your own snacks, food and drinks (no red wine, please), and we recommend bringing your own plates, utensils, and napkins.
To receive a full refund, customers may cancel up to 48 hours before the Pink Boat charter starts time. No refunds will be given after that time period. The sole exception is if we close due to unsafe weather, in which case a full refund will be made. Customers may reschedule their reservation one time up to 24 hours before the Pink Boat charter starts time without an extra fee based on availability. Note: the “full refund” option does not transfer with short reschedule notice requests. Please, email us your cancellation request at info@ecoboatrentals.com.
