Cancellation Policy

ALL cancellations and reschedule requests must be in writing via email to info@tikitimebaytours.com or text - 858) 848-0097 no later than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Full refunds will be issued when received at least 24 hours in advance and must be received by 9AM ton the day of your scheduled tour.
Groups larger than eight MUST provide seven days notice for cancelations.
Cancelations and reschedule requests less than 24 hours will only receive store credit.
No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
