San Francisco via e-Bike - It was so much fun to explore San Francisco with the e-Bikes! Went via Golden Gate Bridge to the view points and Sausalito. The best way to explore the city. Bikes were in good condition. Online booking worked well.

Good electric bicycles - Good electric bikes with which we explored SF. The only pity is that the detailed map is so small that you really need Google Maps to find the right route in SF

Cheapest rentals, without compromise - We took the full day rental of electric bikes and cycled over to Sausilito. Team in the shop were soooo helpful, changed saddle heights to suit, showed us how to use the electric assistance to its best - so much that we returned both bikes with full range. To top it all off, fab music in the shop

Amazing trip through San Fran - One of the best things you can do in San Francisco. Just grab a bike (you don't have to be very sporty) and cycle over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito for Lunch. The views are amazing and the trails are safe and easy. You can already buy the ferry tickets to San Francisco at the bike shop. Bike were in very good condition and the staff very helpful. I strongly recommand!!!

Great bikes and service! - Great service. The bikes were great for uphill/downhill San Francisco. I am not a frequent biker, but managed with the city bikes. They have different suggestions for routes throughout the city. We ran a flat tire going downhill. We made a quick call and they send someone with a new bike. The bikes have a small bag on the wheel were you can put some belongings in.

This place is a fraud - This place is trash. My wife, daughter, and I spent $225 for three electric bikes for the entire day. However, about an hour into the ride, my bike stopped working. I think it was not charged, or it was a broken bike. But it broke down on the other side of the Golden Gate. I had to paddle up all of those hills. When we got back, we asked for a refund, but the manager named Marcus pretty much told us off; then I contacted the owner. His name is Luis, but he refuses to respond. Maybe he does not speak English, but her certainly does not embrace the values of customer service. Furthermore, if you look at their reviews, they have done similar things to other clients. They charged us for the full day, gave us a broken bike, then refused to refund us the money. We were pretty much victimized by this hole in the wall company. This place is a fraud. There are numerous other bike rentals within walking distance. Go to anyone of them.

Disappointed - The bike I received had a damaged plastic chain wheel cover. It was cracked with sharp edges. The edges tore up my fitted pant leg during my ride to the Golden Gate Bridge. When I asked for my money back as I was provided a damaged bike that ruined my pants, I was told they would not help me. Moral of the story: go over every inch of the bike before leaving, I expected better service for a company with good reviews.
