Experience the tranquil San Francisco Bay during sunset on this evening with the Sunset Cruise aboard an opulent catamaran. Sail past Alcatraz Island, under the Golden Gate Bridge, and keep an eye out for sea lions, then cruise along the city skyline.
Both the Adventure Cat 55’ and the 65’ catamaran come equipped with a 360-degree, enclosed viewing area for those who prefer not to have the wind in their faces, as well as canvas trampoline nets where you can soak in the ocean and sights with the fresh sea breeze.
Regarding capacity, as an outdoor business categorically, we don’t currently face official restrictions, but we voluntarily limit our numbers to ensure everyone feels safe. Our 47-passenger vessel holds about 40 per trip, and the 90-passenger vessel is limited to 76 for maximal comfort.
- We can accept manual wheelchairs only, as there are 3-4 stairs to board the boat. Also, restrooms are not ADA accessible.
- Please bring a jacket and wear soft-soled shoes
- Audio guides are available in English, Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. Please bring headphones if you plan on using the audio guide.
- No outside beverages may be brought on board

Directions: Stand on the sidewalk facing the water. Enter main P39 entrance, then out left between shops to the water (towards GG Bridge). Gate J is located right next to the sea lion viewing area (ask someone where are sea lions are if lost).

Worth every penny - Friendly staff, smooth ride, great wine, and jackets available to borrow for those that underestimated the cold.

Beautiful Sunset Cruise - This sunset cruise was great! We had wonderful views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. We were a but nervous we wouldn't see a lot because of the fog on the pier but once we got in the water, the whole sky opened up and was beautiful. It was very cold and windy but the catamaran had jackets everyone could borrow for the trip and you had the option to sit inside or outside. The crew was very friendly, came around and got everyone their complimentary drink, and offered to take a photo for each group on board. Overall I highly recommend this sunset cruise and just suggest dressing warm! We had the 6:30 cruise and it was perfect to see the sunset.

A must do while in SF - Our friends were visiting from out of state and we wanted to do something special for the trip. As many times as we’ve visited SF, this one was memorable in its own way thanks to Sunset Catamaran Cruise. Booking was very easy as well as check-in process. On board we were welcomed by friendly staff and given safety instructions. The cruise itself was spectacular. Volunteers were given the opportunity to help raise the sails, which I eagerly participated in. The complimentary drinks were a nice plus as well as jackets provided to every visitor to keep warm on the chilly evening. We’ve never seen the Golden Gate Bridge from down below and it was a sight to admire. The staff was friendly, positive and always ready to take a photo for those who wanted to capture the moment. Definitely recommend.

Breathtaking - Sunset was beautiful with the Golden Gate bridge in front of it. Such a relaxing cruise. Be sure to dress warm because it is cold and windy out on the water even in July. Was even able to get close to Alcatraz. Wonderful way to finish our trip

Ideal SanFrancisco bay sunset tour. - Laid-back yet professional. Safe. Capt. Maneuvered the sailboat several times to offer multiple sunset views from various places around the bay. Worth the cost. I recommend it.
