Value for money - New and very clean boats. Helpful staff. Views amazing. Worth visiting later in the afternoon otherwise might not see much because of fog

Like being in a a movie!! - Getting to experience what I'd only seen on TV was amazing. Also it was freezing cold so I doubt anyone escaped Alcatraz!

Look no further for the best views in SF - A local friend recommended the bridge to bridge bay cruise and I am so happy they did! I looked at other companies that do bay cruises and let me save you the time, just book this one and do the bridge to bridge. I don't think I would have naturally gravitated toward this type of thing for fear of it being ultra touristy. Now, I realize that's silly. I actually really loved every minute of it. There are great places to eat nearby or pick up a crab roll to bring aboard. I arrived 30 minutes prior to departure and it worked out great. The staff is so kind and the cruise itself was awesome. I've seen the Golden Gate Bridge from so many vantage points, driven across and walked across, but this was unbeatable. It was great to go by Alcatraz Island, too. One thing I was pleasantly surprised by is the audio tour that's played over the speakers onboard. Sometimes, those things can be boring, but I found this one really well done. I loved the freedom to walk around the ship throughout the cruise and see so many views. I saw sea lions, too. I was fully engaged the entire 90 minutes. While I was wandering around, sometimes the audio tour wasn't very clear, but what can you expect with walking around in the wind. Bring a jacket, but it wasn't bad in April. I have been raving about this and I think it's because it really exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be good, but I really loved it. I had a great feeling about this after reading tripadvisor reviews and seeing comments from the company. They were so accommodating and all around wonderful people. A silly side note, my Apple TV has a screensaver with aerial views of different locations. I am always so happy to see the one of the GG Bridge and the Red and White Fleet ship cruising by. That was me! I was there! If you are looking for the best views of the city and bridges in SF, look no further than the Red and White Fleet. Jodi, If you see this, Cheers!

Great views of the city and bridges - Enjoyed seeing the golden gate and bay bridges and learning more about them. The narration throughout the boat trip was very informative. Dress warmly- the fog rolls in and it gets chilly.

May 2024 - Great boat ride! I only regret that it didn't get close to the San Francisco-Oakland Bridge. I'm not sure if they are an option but headphone rental would have been nice. No one ever said a ferry boat was quiet enough to hear speakers.

Narration not as promised - When I booked the trip, I was under the impression that the tour narration would be given over headphones, and available in multiple languages. This was not the case, however. The tour was given in English, and over the loudspeakers. Nobody ever offered an alternative language. When sitting outside, it wasn’t even possible to hear the narration over the noise of the boat engines. The narration would also regularly cut out for periods of time, so it’s hard to tell what information we missed.
