Great Night Tour! - Great way to see the city:) Terraysa was an excellent driver, maneuvering well though the city and to Treasure Island. Would definitely recommend for family and friends!

Great tour, those hills are like being on a roller coaster - I got to see lots of cool things with a great commentary on the audio. The lady bus driver was fantastic and really friendly. I would definitely recommend it to others

Good way to see the city! - Saw a lot of the different areas in San Francisco. The bus driver was very nice and informative. I thought the tour was at night where we would see the city lit up which is why I gave it a 3.

Disappointed - The night tour was very average - tour information states live tour guide unfortunately this is incorrect as it pre recorded audio. Tour desk agents were not informative and really should consider job not in customer service. Pre Recorded information was average.

Could Be Better - We were booked on the Big Bus Sunset Tour last night. The tour was scheduled to leave at 6:30pm, but we did not leave until about 7:15pm as there was no bus available, and it appeared that they continued to try and sell tickets to fill the empty seats as two latecomers came on board just before we left. We had been standing in line since 6:05pm. After getting on the bus, I was questioned whether I actually had a ticket even though the company employee had viewed and marked it. The tour itself was interesting and gave me ideas as to other things I'd like to see in San Francisco whenever I return. At the end of the tour, the same employee solicited tips and positive reviews, which I thought was pretty unprofessional and presumptive. The bus itself is comfortable; it was very cold and windy, which if of course not anyone's fault, but bring warmer clothes and maybe a hat if you're sitting up top.
