Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance before the start of your tour to receive a full refund. Please e-mail us at reservations@sanfranciscolovetours.com. If it is canceled less than the 48 hours allotted, no refund will be provided. If you need to re-schedule, we will be happy to accommodate depending on availability. If there isn’t any immediate availability, ticket can be redeem within the next 12 months. San Francisco Love Tours reserves the right to cancel or move the tour to another time and date.

What an incredible way to see San Francisco! Ky the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and showed us all the great spots. I don’t think we would have covered half of what we saw in our tour. The van was really cool, my family loved it! I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Ky is amazing! His knowledge of the area was very impressive and the kindness that he showed my family and I was like no other. We would have loved to have spent an entire day together with Ky and would consider a full day 8 hour tour if available. Thank you for what you do.
