- Province of Alajuela - We will be traveling by the Coffee Land of San Isidro, Through many small coffee plantation in Alajuela, where you will learn more about the history of coffee production in Costa Rica, the process of how coffee is made in this province with a great viewing point to take photos across Alajuela.
- Poas Volcano - We will travel up to the Poás Volcano, which is one of the seven current active volcanoes in Costa Rica! After we reach the impressive main crater, we will then hike to Botos Lagoon and follow the trails around the volcano to explore nature.
- La Paz Waterfall Gardens - We will visit the renowned La Paz Waterfall Gardens Natural Park, one of the most stunning parks in Costa Rica. On our visit we will see over 100 rescued animal species including sloths, jaguars, toucans, hummingbirds and many more. It is an experience which our guests often say is the highlight of their trip! Fantastic tour with Olman - Olman was my tour guide and he was great. He was friendly the whole time despite having to navigate through terrible traffic on the return. He gave a lot of time for us to explore. I never felt like he was rushing us. He was very informative about the different species of animals at the La Paz Waterfall Gardens, and I also learned a lot about coffee production at Tres Generaciones. He spoke everything in both English and Spanish and his Englis was perfect. Great experience! Would highly recommend.

Good and relaxed day trip - I had a really good time. It’s a relaxed hike that takes you to the coffee plantation, the volcano, and the waterfalls. The final place is also where they provide shelter for a lot of surrendered wildlife.

Poás Volcano tour - The tour is fantastic! We we're collected from our accommodation on time and in a comfortable, air conditioned bus. The tour guide, Gary, was very knowledgeable and he explained everything very clearly. He made sure everyone was comfortable and ensured we enjoyed the day. The driver, Olman, was friendly and welcoming. We had enough time at each of the stops, we weren't rushed at any time so we were abke to fully enjoy the day. The tour is well worth it!

Timing is everything! - There is an element of luck with this tour. We had incredible good fortune but you have to be prepared for Mother Nature and her wrath.
The volcano is unpredictable when it will and will not be visible, rains will ruin your day unless you dress flexible for all volumes of water coming down.
It’s a long and windy ride, with just the right stops placed to keep your time in the car minimized.
Tour guides were a highlight and having some interactions with the culture and beauty in the area was fulfilling.

nice tour nice guides - Glad we decided to go on this tour. The coffee farm & waterfalls were very cool but we especially loved that we got to see a bunch of animals. The jaguar was my favorite.
Great tour guides- Olman was a good driver. Gary knew his stuff and was cute. Highly recommend :)

A Must-Do Experience - The driver kept great communication on the day prior to the event and the morning of as far as when to expect him. Gary was our guide and he was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and would recommend him to anyone. I had a wonderful experience I’ll never forget. Thank you!

Great Costa Rican Adventure - Amazing experience. Gary is so, so knowledgeable. Everything went so smoothly-the plantation, volcanoes, gardens, strawberry shop, and waterfall were all so beautiful. We had a wonderful time. My advice for anyone interested is bring anti-motion sickness medication for the long/winding car ride, prepare for wet/rainy conditions (poncho, umbrella, waterproof shoes, bug spray), be prepared to be active!

Great experience! Tour... - Great experience! Tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and picked me up/dropped me off near my hostel. They were also flexible with the date as I was too sick to go on the day that I originally signed up for.

Great - This trip was awesome! Our guide was super personable and gave us great information throughout the trip. Unfortunately we encountered some rain, but it’s Costa Rica so any excursion like this is a gamble. However, it was still worth it!
