Nice adventure to spend with the family - No physical condition required. Very good explanation, the tour becomes short and enjoyable (despite the considerable distance). You don't visit the Volcano, it's just appreciation from afar.

Best last-minute decision ever made! - Both, Angie (guide) and Randall (driver) were knowledgeable, professional and fun to be with. We covered a lot. Snack stop with humming birds, waterfall, iguanas … all amazing. Spotted a sloth up a tree with a young one on the ground in the bushes. Saw a group of Coatis too. Lunch was delicious. I chose not to do the hot springs as I had planned on ending my tour in Fortuna. Thank you Angie/Randall for an awesome tour!!

Volcano tour - Harlem and Carlos were great! This trip was very informational. Even though it was raining, we still got to see Arenal volcano and relax at the hot springs. I loved the coffee tour and bits of history lessons we learned along the way. It was long but worth it.

Good day trip but don’t expect closeup of the volcano! - I was disappointed because you only view the volcano from the town not closeup. My grandson loved the hot springs resort with the swim up bar and viewing platform to see the volcano in the distance. Lunch was good.

Too long for too little - We were picked up at our hotel at 6:30 AM and got back at 9 PM. Way too long a trip in a very uncomfortable van. Only about 4 hours seeing things. The rest spent being tossed around on mountain road switch backs. Saw nothing worth the time and money invested. I really didn't need to visit a hot spring when it was 90+ degrees and humid though we did manage to find a small cool pool. Not recommended.
