Fun tour, exiciting and 6 star service - Great fun, exciting enough for one adrenaline junkie, his wife and our 15 year old daughter. You get driven around San Juan first (listening to music or talking, your choice) and then to the trails along the beach for some offroading thats a lot of fun. The one thing that was slightly misleading was that none us were offered or given a chance to drive (so why ask for my license?) we stopped for drinks once and later fresh coconuts, coconut juice and empanadas (10-15 mins) as well. We also got a chance to stop and take pictures as a secluded beach (5-10 mins) Our tour guide Angel was a great guy and very accomodating. ALSO the ride was very bumpy so my car key actually fell out of my pocket and I left it in the Can Am. Hours later I realized it and Angel was nice enough to find it under the seat in the dark AND drove it to us while we were in the park, 6 star service!!! Thank you so much Angel 🙏🏼😇

ONIX NEGRON BEST TOUR GIDE - What a great time! We have the best time ever with our Tour Gide Onix Negron! I highly recommend this off road tour. What a great experience., if you can request Onix, Please do, you won’t get disappointed. Fun Guy, Great music at your request. NOTE: Please tip him good he deserve it. 😁

ATV tour - We had a fabulous time! We were able to see beautiful parts of Puerto Rico and actually get in the ocean for a quick dip at several different stops! We booked this day of and we’re very happy that it was a rain or shine experience. The top of our side-by-side vehicle was covered so this was a perfect adventure since other ones were getting canceled due to rain. We loved being able to get away from the city and getting to see the beautiful island and culture of Puerto Rico. Thank you to Ian!!!

Highly recommended!! - Every part of the tour is to be remembered old San Juan, and especially La Placita this area is a great night life for everyone!

Alright - The tour was alright but could have been better for the amount of money we paid. Guide drove to pińones then we were only allowed to drive for about 5-6 minutes.

Never take this tour. Unprofessional, overbooking/cancelling tours, dangerous drivers - I had paid for the 2hr UTV with girlfriend. A few hours before the 5pm reservation..i called to verify the pickup time. I then found out my reservation was cancelled. It was my GF birthday so i called directly to find out the issue(they were continuously overbooking and canceling). I explained myself and the lady rebooked me. She said it may be late but we will get a UTV. The driver came 20 minutes late (i was still thankful and its an awesome vehicle). We blasted the music and started to enjoy the ride. The driver pulls over 5 minutes after driving to talk to somone on the side of the road for a few minutes. Then tell me he needs to get gas. So we spend another 15 minutes at a gas station. My time was 1/3 over when we finally got on the highway and the Can-Am started shaking in a very concerning way. While on the highway.. a fellow driver alerted my driver(tour guide) that there was something wrong with the wheel. My driver pulls over on the highway(in PR there is no safe breakdown lane.) he makes some calls and says we will drive to the next exit. Ilhe started to drive again and thats when the entire left wheel stopped moving completely and there was burning and smoke. My date and i exited and jumped over the highway barrier to get towards a street to be more safe. We called the tour company and told them what was happening. We then paid for our own Uber back to the hotel. I called the tour company and explained the situation… the lady said she needed to speak with driver first. Then lady said she will get me a refund and find out what happened. I called the very next dat and asked about my refund and my very scary experience and what can be done? -Cancelled reservation -late pick up -driver not prepared(talking to family, texting, needing to get gas while im paying) -UTV breaking down on highway -reimbursement for uber from breakdown location back to hotel -an apology I have not received any of the above yet and i am back home.

Neverrrrrr again - I want my money back came late asf start raining told him never mind he speeding thru traffic almost got hit and flip over told him take me back and he stayed on. The phone iggying me very unpleasant unprotected unprofessional

SCAM - They never showed up I didn’t get to enjoy a experience at all just took my money I knew it was something fishy going on

Horrible - The driver was 40 mins late picking us up from our meeting spot. They offered us an extra 30 mins for our compensation. We already had dinner reservations which we rearranged to take the extra 30 mins. Once we were picked up we stopped at 1 sight seeing location took a few pictures and gone in less than 5 mins. We drove in and out of traffic for 30 minutes before reaching another area which we know nothing about because we didn’t stop or talk about the area. Needless to say our what supposed to be 2.5 hour ride ended in 1.5 hours because we were asked to be taken back to our hotel.
