- El Yunque National Forest - We’ll visit visit different places within the forest including but not limited to the Yocahu tower for a nice unobstructed view of the east coast of Puerto Rico and the forest itself! We will visit waterfalls, rivers and more.
- Catarata La Coca - This majestic 85 foot tall waterfall provides a nice area for pictures and a short rock climbing trail is optional
- Mameyes II - We’ll visit one of the many swimming areas that the forest has to offer, where we’ll have the opportunity of enjoying a dip into fresh water straight from mountain top.
- Bano Grande - a place built during 1930’s by the CCC as a recreational area.

During this excursion, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported to El Yunque national forest, approximately an hour’s journey from San Juan. Our enthusiastic guides will help you explore El Yunque National Forest, sharing live narratives about its historical importance to the ancestors of Puerto Rico. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the significance of the various tree species, wildlife, and the mountainous region to the citizens of Puerto Rico. The journey, including transfers, spans about five hours and includes three interludes within the forest. Additionally, there will be a stopover at a local shop where you can purchase souvenirs and enjoy lunch before we return to San Juan.
