The unique ambiance of our lagoon’s ecosystem, coupled with our LED-lit kayaks, creates a truly distinctive experience. Often, you’ll encounter manatees munching on seagrass, living in peaceful co-existence with a myriad of marine species. As part of the San Juan Bay estuary, the lagoon plays a crucial role as a natural reserve dedicated to research and preservation.
Our team will ensure your lagoon tour is enjoyable and memorable.
Additionally, we have a festive event planned for December-January, featuring characters, music, and a plethora of Christmas lights decorating our glowing park. Intended for individuals aged 4 and up.
- Kayak Haunted Experience is suitable for people over 12 years old.
- No adult can force a minor to participate against their will on the Kayak Haunted Experience
- Every minor must be accompanied by an adult on the Kayak Haunted Experience
- Kayak Haunted Experience is not recommended for pregnant women.

Our office is located in Condominio Flamboyan, across the street of the Condado Plaza Hotel. Look for the sign Vip Adventures!
There are multiple paid parking lots nearby available at Condado Plaza Hilton and La Marqueta.

Fun Last Minute Experience - We booked last minute and so glad we did! The instructor gave us a quick lesson and let us practice for 5 min. Then a group of us kayaked up and down the Condado River (?) … one of the guides offered to take a couple of pictures of us which was really nice. I would definitely recommend!

Great Family Activity for the Night - Kayaking was a lot of fun. Great views of the night city and light up Kayaks. Went with Kids 6-9 and the kayaking was very relaxed and easy for them to participate in. Would recommend

Fun for family - So fun for whole family! We have kayaked before, but this tour if great even if you have not kayaked before. We went at 9pm- the double kayaks make you feel closer to family- lots of fun. The water is crystal blue and the city scene is really neat. Perfect way to cool off in Puerto Rico! Guides are helpful, but not pushy and the whole tour was a definite hit with our teenagers and us!

Very nice tour. Great... - Very nice tour. Great instructors. Easy booking. Great for couples! You get a little wet but as long as you dress for that there should be no problems.

Very friendly staff - Very unique view of the city at night time with all of the lights. We picked a perfect night to go. Lorenzo, Deedee, and Antonio were very polite, thoughtful, and an all around pleasure to be around. They made the experience comfortable and fun.

It was cool - I had a very slow & stubborn horse. I fell off the horse. They seems to not care or help me out. Other then that it was pretty cool

Bait and switch rip-off. - This was a complete rip-off. The description said that we would have glass bottom boats with LED lighting and glow face paint, with an informative tour. Evidently when I clicked on reserve now I got redirected to a tour that had none of these things. I believe this was a purposeful bait and switch and I will be requesting a refund. Not only did we not get any of these things, we basically kayaked for 10 minutes each way and sat in our kayaks waiting for the guides to say or do something which never happened. Do not go on this tour.

We went here expecting... - We went here expecting pretty lights, glass bottom boat, glow in the dark paint, and information on history about the city. We got NONE of this. When we got out to the spots we were supposed to stop and learn information about the city all we did was sit in silence for about 15 minutes. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!
