A must do for visuals and history! - Excellent tour, and Guillermo was an incredible host! He showed us the best parts of Old San Juan and was thorough in his descriptions and explanations! I learned a great deal of history about the city and Puerto Rico to include how the island got its name! Not taking this tour would be a disservice to any tourist!

Great way to see San Juan on a tight schedule - Juan Carlos gave a great tour! We got to see a lot of old San Juan in a short amount of time. We were also able to book the tour last minute.

Polish your IG reel in "old town" San Juan - Beautiful, Charming, perfect for your next Instagram reel. Old San Juan is a must visit when in Puerto Rico. There is so much to do when in port for 8 hours off of a cruise ship.

A must for first time visitors to PR and SJ. - JC is THE tour guide you want for exploring Old San Juan. He is a wealth of knowledge of the history and culture. He did a fantastic job orienting us all to where we were throughout the tour while keeping us in as much shade as possible. The weather was hot here in June (90ish degrees) but along the way you take plenty of stops to see the sights and he uses the shade and breeze wisely. There were benches periodically where folks could sit for a bit to rest and refreshment stands/vendors along the way where you can purchase gatorades/waters/chips/ snacks etc. My family/kids are pretty athletic so this was not a difficult walk by any means. A stroller would be a challenge though. There were people on our trip in their 70s who managed the trip just fine. It took a bit longer but JC did not hurry us or cut any stops out. He accommodated those who needed to take a few extra minutes to rest which was the right thing to do to ensure a great trip. JC got us plenty of great photo opportunities and directed us to an amazing spot for empanadas after the tour was over. Best empanadas we’ve ever eaten. Thank you JC for making this trip such a wonderful family memory.

Great way to learn about Old San Juan and experience it in person. - The Tour was awesome! Learned alot about Old San Juan and important figures in its early beginnings. Don't let the 2 hours of walking scare you, it's not bad at all, lots of shaded spots and short breaks. JC was awesome!! Very professional and friendly!

Sorry to give a poor review, not good - I have been on many various tours via viator. Most of my ratings are 4 or 5. I don’t enjoy giving a low rating. Pre tour info was very good describing meeting place, where to park. Rosendo is a nice person. But there was very little content in the tour. We spent a lot of time at 2 rest stops, wasted time. This felt more like socializing and drinking with friends than enjoying a guided tour. Sorry but this was one of the worst guided tours I’ve ever experienced.
