A Perfect and Pleasant Experience - My friend and I's first time visiting Old San Juan, and it was truly AMAZING!! Our tour guide, Michele, was so friendly and knowledgeable during the tour. We learned so much about Old San Juan and saw so many fascinating places. It was relaxed, and low-stress, truly a perfect way to spend a few hours. Very informative and interesting - The guide was very informative and helpful. She showed us some great sights and knew a lot about the area. The only thing that was rough was the heat and the group not listening to directions.

Not what we were expecting - I’m belated in writing this review and can see that my main complaint has been addressed. When we took this tour in May we were not expecting a walking tour. Since that time the operators have changed the title wording to be clear it is a walking tour. We would have never booked it back in May had we known as we had large multigenerational group. Some of our group didn’t even try to attempt it while the rest of us were hot, sweaty and miserable for most of the tour. If you want a walking tour this is a good choice it just wasn’t what we were expecting.
