Excellent service - I went with my boyfriend at the beginning of this year and I think the excursion was very good, we enjoyed it a lot and there was even a lot of laughter at all times, excellent service.

Never again - 1st off let me say it was not a nightlife tour AT ALL!! it was more like a off road racing and it was terrifying. Soon as we met up with the "tour person" he stated we could not do the beach part as it was for day tour which is a complete lie, I showed him the ad and he said yeah well its dark, it was a 8 pm reservation. But still let it go, We drive through old san juan for approximately 15 minutes he said this is the 1st stop which was the castels then a few minutes away to the I love PR sign,got out to take pictures (mind you the tour person never spoke except when we got to the two spots and we only knew it was old san juan because we were there the day before for another tour which was AMAZING! We then went to the 2nd location. We pull up to a place the driver says you can get out. I asked where and he stated it was the T-mobile arena. I asked if he can recommend a place as we never been there, he said just get out and walk in there's a lot of places call me when your done. He pulls off and we walked around for 15 minutes. We couldn't get a drink to take with us as he was driving insanely fast,we figuredwe get one st la placita. We then had to call the driver to come pick us back up. We now go to location 3 except we somehow end up in lsla verda right in front of our air bnb which was NOT part of the tour. mind you the driver never speaks to us. I asked are we going to la placita? he said we went it was dead so I didn't stop, so I was just going to drive through Isla Verde. He seen the look of confusion on my face and said we can go back to the hotel (which was the pick up location) I asked how much longer we had left he stated 45 minutes. I said NO I want to at least finish the tour. WELL that was a big mistake. He started driving even faster reaching over 60mph on the main streets going in and out of traffic makes a sharp left into the woods!! Never telling us what was about to happen. He then goes through one of the scariest roughest trails in the dark barely missing tree's still doing over 60. I was literally afraid for my life. He was going in and out of the muddy trail and street, it felt like forever. He finally pulls back onto the highway it felt like it was going to spin out and we take off flying down the highway in and out if traffic, OPPOSITE side of traffic at times. I literally had a panic attack and was shaking. He the proceeds back through Isla Verde. I had my husband ask the driver if he can please drop us off at the air bnb since he was about to pass it again, he said we could get out where ever we want. Well with that being said the $100 tip was never given. This was our 1st time in puerto rico, we did a few tours and they were all absolutely amazing. The people were helpful, talkative, friendly! This tour guide was NO WHERE near any of that. Sad to say it was a terrible experience as we were so excited and looking forward to a good night. If making a reservation, MAKE SURE TO COMFIRM ALL LOCATIONS BEFORE GOING! We were all dressed up for a "nightlife" experience, yet after the off roading we were both left all muddy once we were dropped off. Definitely not worth the money we spent.
