- San Juan - To begin our amazing adventure, our guide will personally pick up the travelers at their accommodations in the metro area. Pickups can be at hotels, resorts, residences, or airbnbs anywhere in San Juan, Carolina, Loiza, Canovanas, Luquillo, Rio Grande, or Fajardo. The day before the excursion, the tour guide will be communicating with the travelers for the exact pick-up time and other details. This schedule goes from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The earlier we start, the better, to avoid bigger tour groups that arrive from other companies. - El Yunque National Forest - Our certified tour guide will lead you through this beautiful hidden gem in the rainforest of “El Yunque.” In this area, you will explore through the muddy clay trails and the lush greenery of the rainforest. We will arrive at Las Tinajas Falls depending on previously scheduled pick-up times by your personal tour guide. The hike is about 1.5 miles in total and will take about half an hour to arrive at the first bathing area. The guide will talk about the Taino life in the rainforest, the beautiful plants that grow around, and the incredible bathing areas hidden in paradise. In these bathing areas, you will be able to spend 1-2 hours swimming around, rope swinging into the deep rainwaters, sliding through a natural waterslide, and/or jumping from a 30-foot cliff! All these things are in one incredible area in Puerto Rico. We will stay here until 1-2 p.m. and then stop around at some of the nearby restaurants to grab a bite to eat! - Playa Luquillo - After our amazing hike, it’s time for some food! If the group and the tour guide wish, a stop will be made at this beautiful beach that is home to some 25 kiosks that are all located in the best restaurants in Puerto Rico. In this strip, you will have the opportunity to try authentic Puerto Rican dishes and drinks like our famous mojitos or “piña colada (lunch costs not included). In turn, you can enjoy the beautiful view provided by one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and have the opportunity to bathe on one of the most iconic beaches on our beautiful island. We will usually arrive by 2–3 p.m. and leave by 4–5 p.m. - San Juan - Back to your accommodations! Once the experience is over, each member of the group will be taken back to their accommodation directly by the tour guide.

El Yunque Tour - One of the best experiences of my life! I definitely recommend it and it is also convenient if you have not rented a car here in PR. Eduardo, our guide, is the best of all! Very friendly and gave us an unforgettable experience. 20/10!

Be ready for intense exercise and exploration. - We had a very fun time with our guide Andres. This was more “active” than we thought, so if you do it be prepared to be climbing over rocks and sloshing through the mud. I was impressed Andres was able to help use get over some of the more challenging areas….without falling himself. Would definitely do again. Definitely an expensive excursion but also definitely worth it.

Best Guided Experience in PR - Andrea helped give my family the best excursion and experience we have had in Puerto Rico! Both of my kids raved about it and said it was their fav!!! Andrea was so accommodating to my entire family! She was so knowledgeable about the area and provided such cool information about the area! Definitely a must do!

An amazing experience!! Just book it!! - This was one of the best excursions we have ever done! Our guide Mitchel was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and kept our safety a top priority. Our group was glad that we chose the small group tour because it made the experience so much more enjoyable and customized to what we wanted to do. Mitchel even took pictures and videos for us along the way. After the hike and playing in the waterfalls, we stopped at Grandmas for lunch. The food was excellent. Mitchel then returned us to the Old San Juan area so that we could walk back easily to the cruise port.

Perfect day of rainforest adventures! - We had an amazing time on our adventure with Adriana. She was an excellent and patient guide who tailored the experience to us and taught us about rainforest plants and Puerto Rican culture along the way! Highly recommend this tour for couples or families who want to have a fun and active day in nature. Note that the pickup is at 8 am so that you can get an early start before the crowds start to arrive, and wear shoes with traction that can get wet for walking/swimming in the river.

Great Excursion! - Andrea was a great tour guide. She was very accommodating and provided us with great recommendations for our stay on the island. She knew the rainforest history very well and kept us ahead of the bigger groups! 10/10

Unethical Business Practices - They have unethical business practices that advertise “pick up from your accommodation” and within the 24 hour cancel period, they will text you that they do not pick up from certain locations. If they at least post “limited accommodation areas” on their advertising, it allows customers to plan better. Their false advertising did not allow me to cancel within 24 hours as they alert you of this the night before your tour starts…not enough time to cancel with their 24 hour rule, so they refuse to refund my money. DO NOT support businesses with false advertising as you only play into to their unethical business practices!
