Great for families! - We had an amazing time! Our tour guide was Jose Luis and Capt Ivan steering the clear boat. They were very attentive, especially with my 7 and 9 year old. Trip took almost two hours. 15 mins of snorkeling/swim time. Great for families! Everyone enjoyed looking through the clear boat and seeing the corals and fish. I definitely recommend as an easy for everyone adventure. If you’re looking for actual snorkeling for a good amount of time, this is not the tour you’re looking for. Again, great for families and if you have grandma and grandpa with you. Slow and easy.

Great family sea adventure! - We had an amazing time with Jose Luis as our guide and Capt Ivan. Great for a family adventure with about 15 mins of snorkel time. I traveled with a 7 and 9 year old and they loved it so much.

Great and unique experience - The directions were clear on how to get to the location and the provider calls to remind you where it is and help if you have problems finding the location. There was a little confusion regarding sunscreen in the beginning. The long and short, because of the boat material, you can not wear sunscreen as it will be slick and may damage the boat. The distance to the meeting area/ dock is about 1/4 to 1/2 mile. Arrive early as there will be paperwork. After arriving, you will be fitted for a life vest and escorted to the waiting boat which is another 5 min walk. The scenery is amazing and the snorkeling (while short) was full of sea life and fish. The guide will be taking pictures which will be an upsell at the end (fairly expensive). After the excursion, I highly recommend The Thirsty Cougar Restaurant the drinks and food are great and some of the best I have had. The restaurant does have a kids menu. Very reasonably priced, great food, and the drinks…….OMG! Probably some of the best. The Pina Colada and Mojito are amazing!

Definitely book this! - Envatours definitely care about their customers. They were always in contact with me to remind me about my booking. The process was easy to check in with them. Our tour guide was Jose, and he was awesome. He always tried to made us laugh and enjoy the experience. In the group I was to share the tour were only 5 people which it was good. Not to crowded. We learned about the history of the island, and we were able to see the sinking ships and some of the houses. While we were seeing this our Captain Tomas was playing the song of Titanic. I’ve never seen such clear waters until I got here. The snorkeling activity was fun, definitely didn’t like the fact of drinking salt water when we get off the boat to the snorkeling area but it was fun. I definitely wish the snorkeling activity was longer. Jose and Captain Tomas were the best crew I’ve ever seen. I would definitely love to rebook this activity.

Best way to snorkel - Had a great time on the tour. Small group tours on small boats are the best! !Our tour guide and boat operator were great. Location was easy to find. Tour operator communicated before the tour date providing detailed directions to the pick-up location and included a photo.

Nice time - Very nice time had by all. I wish the photos they took weren’t so expensive. I bypassed taking my own and then regretted it.

Great trip. - It is a very nice tour. We saw different fish, starfish, and even a stingray. The ruins are cool because they are filled with all types of fish. The snorkeling was a lot of fun, the water is nice and clear and the fish are super close to you.

Adventure snorkeling, almost nothing but 20 minutes in the water, the deal changed drastically when we did not participate in the photo that - Bad experience, the guide tries to take photos that later sells .If you do not accept the deal changes. No snorkeling.

Only if you like paying a lot of money for nothing. - The directions to meet up were incorrect, they never answered the number we had called the two days before to help. We asked every tour person and they had no idea how to help us locate our glass bottom excursion from the email directions provided to us. (See photos) and they never responded to my message, therefore we paid 274.00 USD and received nothing. Total scam.

Terrible - Recently booked this 2 hour trip in Cozumel to see ship wrecks and do some snorkeling at a “reef.” The boat was 25 minutes late, we had to find another boat to get additional life jackets, we then had to back track to a random pier for some guy to bring us snorkeling equipment, and there was no music or beverages like advertised. You spend most of the trip driving extremely slow to a ship wreck where there was a few star fish! We then went to a “reef” to snorkel for 15 minutes. Yup…15 minutes. There was absolutely no reef, we were literally 25 yards from shore and saw nothing that was spectacular. We could have saw the same fish swimming in the beach area at the port for free. Don’t waste your money or time on this trip. There are so many better options.
