A memorable adventure - It was amazing to experience the ocean from the floor. They had about six guides to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Most Balla A** experience of my life!!! - Awesome experience. I definitely recommend this. The pressure is intense at first but I adjusted quickly. The guides were great and the cost of the pictures and video were not outrageous.

Best excursion in Cozumel - Sea Trek was a wonderful experience. The divers were amazing. Jose, the host was fabulous.. I would recommend this experience. Excellent the water is gorgeous. It’s always a plus when you get two free cocktails

Fun with the Fish - Our family enjoyed the Sea Trek at Jeanie's. We saw lots of fish plus we fed some and held some. The pictures and video taken by the staff were the perfect way to capture our experience. We loved the food and drinks afterward and had excellent service by Jeanie's staff. We highly recommend this adventure.

UNDERWATER AWESOMENESS!!! 🐟 👌 - OMG!!! You have got to try this!!! If you're a floater like me and cannot dive underwater without being weighed down this is the excursion for you. It was fun, so breathtaking and exhilarating to be underwater and walking on the sea floor. I was just marveled and amazed to see things up front without a glass wall between me and the marine life. I loved every minute of this excursion!! 😍 So much happiness in my heart to feed the fish and have them swimming around me. I even got to hold a spiny crab, in other terms a very terrifying sea spider. Something of what nightmares are made of, but soooooo AWESOME! The staff was amazing and informative. Jose and his crew are the BEST!! We were treated to a couple of drinks afterwards. It was just beautiful to sit by the water, drink our margaritas and take in views of the ocean reminiscing on the things we just witnessed under water which are now forever in my memory bank. I am forever grateful to my wonderful hubby for booking this for us. He's a diver and this was the first time for us to experience the wonderful world of underwater together. ❤️

Funnest excision on my cruise - The staff was very nice and thorough with what to do. They take all the pictures for you and even let you hold some of the sea creatures. They feed the fish to ensure you get to see a wide array of different fish. Would highly recommend.

Great Excursion - Very nice area to sit after the Snuba excursion. The employees were very nice and helpful. When we went, we were the only ones doing the excursion so it was very quiet - would highly recommend! It's about a 10 minute $10 taxi ride to the location

Amazing!!! - Amazing excursion! Very well run- the team was very detailed and we felt safe the whole time! I loved that they took pictures and video for sale! They came out perfect!! We got to hold sea life too!! Loved it!!

Super fun experience - Jose and the dive team were all awesome. They made sure we enjoyed the experience and let us interact with lots of sea creatures. It was an easy way to get some diving experience.

Great experience, beware the photo scam - The experience was wonderful, and the guides/divers were top notch. We tipped them well for their professionalism and felt it was well worth it. The reason for poor review is the picture/video scam. I bought 4 tickets, so another couple was placed with our group of 4 to have a party of 6 for the experience. We were initially told it would be $65 for the photos and video. Since the crew photographer kept interrupting my picture taking wanting to get our photos during the experience, I stopped using our underwater camera and resolved to just buy the package at the end of the excursion. When we surfaced and ate lunch, we went to look at the photos and video. It was excellent, and the couple that went with us purchased a copy for $65. I was told for us it would be $85. I tried to argue the point that it is the exact same photo bundle that the couple bought for $65, and that was the price we were told as well at the beginning. They said we had to pay extra because we had more people in our party. That is NOT what we were told at the beginning, and an email to the manager resulted in basically being told “too bad—those are the prices.” I just wanted what we had been promised, otherwise I would have taken more pictures on my own. It’s no longer about the money—it’s a matter of principle. Say what you do, and do what you say. They should be ashamed. We left without buying the package because it felt like we were being taken advantage of. In my email, I offered to pay the $65 we were told, but the response I received was “no”. It’s a shame that we had to leave one of the best experiences we had empty-handed due to their business practices. Caveat emptor.
