Great company, highly recommended! - We had an excellent Tatio Geysers tour with Javier. We arrived at the Geysers area relatively earlier some of the other groups, and visited three different areas in the park. Javier is an amazing guide, he gave us detailed information about the area and the geysers in each section we visited. On the way back, we made various quick photo stops as Javier explained us the flora and flora of the Atacama Desert. He took very good care of the group - this is a high altitude tour so he gave us important reminders and recommendations about what to do and checking up on us. Very highly recommended!

100% recommended Whipala - 100% recommended. Alex, the guide, a real charmer. Super attentive from the day before, worried that we would not fall asleep and warning before arriving. He always gave us good information and respected the times of all passengers so that we could enjoy the experience. Your attention and dedication in the breakfast unbeatable. You can tell he loves what he does.

Nice guide shop - Whipala is a nice guide shop. My wife got altitude sickness on the geysers trip and they were very kind and understanding about us not being able to attend the other high altitude trip we’d planned and made generous accommodations for us. Thank you!

Great excursion, but... - Great excursion, but should not be called a full day tour. This tour started early but was worth seeing the Geysers. They are a very unique experience and very cool to watch. The stops after to Rio Puntana and Machuca were also nice. The guide Alex was very informative and stopped so we could take a lot of pictures.

Great Morning with Alexander - We had an amazing tour of the geysers with Alexander as our guide. We received very detailed information to confirm our pick up and what to wear and bring. While we followed the same route as most other tours, Alexander made the difference in ours. Because of his extensive knowledge of the area, we were able to see more things without so many people around. Makes a big difference in a popular experience.

Geyser-iffic times! - Great trip. Alexander was the best driver and guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a safe ride up the treacherous mountain. For those thinking about driving it on the own in a car, it is not a drive for the feint hearted. Thank you!

Walking on the volcano. - We left very early at 4:30 am. The road to the Geysers is quite difficult, very winding and unpaved, which is a bit scary, but it's worth it!!! The place is of indescribable and unique beauty. The surprise is offered by the unusual feature of the fumaroles. Something I had never seen before. It's like walking on top of small volcanoes. The cold of -5 degrees is not enough to bother you and the temperature soon rises. Our guide, Ernesto, was spectacular and helped us a lot to understand the geography of the place.

IT IS WORTH IT - Indescribable. Wonderful experience. Beautiful landscapes. Know that we left early, we arrived at the place around 5 am and that it is very cold, even in summer (approximately -2 to -5 degrees Celsius in summer, without snow) and as the day goes on it gets warmer, reaching approximately 25 degrees ( so bring clothes for both seasons). We had great explanations of the geography by our guide Alexander and a great breakfast/snack with an unforgettable view. If it weren't so far from where we live, we would definitely go there. We had stops to look at the landscapes beyond the Geysers. Complete tour and it was all worth it.

World Wonder - Unmissable place when visiting San Pedro de Atacama. We appreciate all the coordination with the Whipala agency, who kept us informed of everything related to the tour and always grateful to Alex who was the number one expert of all the tours taken. Geothermal Field, located at 4300 meters above sea level, in the middle of beautiful mountains, with all the fumaroles that one expected according to the previous photos and comments. They pick you up at 04:30 hrs to arrive around 06:30 hrs with sunrise with temperatures ranging between -5° and 0° (November), although Alex told us that the cold can easily reach - 20° and less in winter season. Excellent postcards and videos to make. After that, it stops at the Putana and Machuca wetlands, to arrive at the center of San Pedro at 12:00 hrs. Excellent tour and place, Recommended yes or yes
