Lots to see in half a day - We had a fantastic time with our tour guide Nicolas through Pukarumi tours. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the geothermal features of the geysers and the different kinds of wildlife we saw with pictures and a book. Most importantly, he always took the time to make sure we were all ok with the high altitude and constantly reminded us to drink water to help with that. It was very much appreciated and I would highly recommend doing a tour with Nicolas and the Pukarumi agency.

Unforgettable Experience - We had to leave very early (4:30 AM) to see sunrise at geysers but it was worth it! What an amazing & magical place! It was very cold (absit 26 degrees F). The views were incredible and it was an unforgettable experience to be there. Our guide Marlon was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave good explanations. In fact, all the guides we had with Puka Rumi Travel were excellent: well informed, professional and fun.

Amazing and professional agency at San Pedrode Atacama! - Amazing experience! giulia our guide and Geraldo our driver were so nice! Very enthusiastic guide, lots of explanation given. We arrived first there so there was nobody! A thrilling experience! Also they take really good time in advance to logistically plan everything so that it goes smoothly. I really recommend them!

Nice, but too hectic - The hot springs are very impressive at sunrise and the landscape is also very beautiful. The organization worked perfectly and the breakfast was delicious. However, we were rushed through the area so much that we had the impression that we had to flee from something. The information content of our guide Cathrine's explanations was rather superficial; other guides gave their groups much more detailed information. We found the visit to the small town of Machuca unnecessary.

Mixed - Fransisco is an excellent guide. It explains a lot of things. It was really very good on that point. On the other hand, the journey there and back is more like a car race. A driver totally unaware that he had several people with him who he was putting in danger. He drives very fast and always has to overtake everyone......to stop at the same place as all the other buses with a few seconds difference.
