Finishing on a high - This was my last tour of 2 months travelling and it was a great way to finish. As always, the guide and driver were terrific- Guilia was very friendly, enthusiastic and had the right mixture of knowing how much to tell us and how much to let us wander and take photos. The scenery was amazing, even after seeing the Uyuni Salt Flats and the Atacama Desert. This tour is a wonderful way of seeing the Andes at their best- at sunset.

They deliver what they promise! - The place, Valley of the Moon, is spectacular and one of the reasons to go to Atacama. I will focus on the work done by the agency. In short: perfect. Easy and quick initial communication in Portuguese via WhatsApp. Fair price. They are punctual and will let you know where they are until they pick you up at the door of your hotel. Very good guide Marlon Martinez: good Portuguese, extensive knowledge, good humored without being boring or invasive. The pace of the ride is excellent, without being too fast or boringly slow. Plenty of time for photos, with the guide always offering to take them. A delicious picnic near the end, with quality and plentiful products. Although no one goes to Vale da Lua with this as the main factor in deciding on an agency, it was a beautiful cherry on the cake. I confess that it wasn't my first choice as an agency, but another highly rated one owned by a Brazilian couple, but there was no place on the day I wanted. It ended up being the best of all worlds: excellent service and super competitive value. I recommend it without hesitation.

Caring guides - We actually booked three tours with this agency - including Tatio geyser and lagoon. What I appreciated most was that our tour guides always went out of their way to check everyone was ok - including when we were at the geysers which is high altitude and v cold at 6am! As others have said the food they laid on was really nicely done too. We enjoyed our tours with Puka Rumí and I would recommend them to others.

Unique landscape - We took a tour of the valley of la luna. Beautiful landscapes. Our guide was called Belen, she was super attentive and explained everything to us. I recommend it, very cool tour, and excellent guide.

Over all expectations:-) - Our experience has been wonderful. When I arrived unfortunately I had fever and was feeling really badly but they made my tour as comfortable as possible. The guide was so nice and passionate and very prepared. Aperitivo in the sunset was beyond any expectations for quality and quantity of delicious traditional food. Super recommended!

Excellent - Excellent! 10 out of 10! Our guide was fantastic, Lolo or Lorena, really into the place and answering out questions and explaining everything in English and Spanish/Portuguese. Very organized agency and perfect communication! I strongly recommend!

Praise! - Excellent group! It was an experience that turned out better than expected. The tour was organized, light, fun and the snack was very good! It was a good investment to visit Vale da Lua with them and I imagine that other itineraries will have the same good vibe

Unique landscapes - One of the classic tours in Atacama. Close to the city, so it's not that tiring. Photogenic landscapes, unique and worth the experience. I took all the tours in Atacama with Pukarumi Agency and had nothing but praise. Nice, knowledgeable, attentive guides; competent drivers; good vehicles and very competitive prices, especially if you sign a combo. The food services included in the tours (desayuno, snack, brunch, etc.) were all great. Previous contacts were made via WhatsApp and I obtained all the necessary clarifications. There were tour cancellations due to excessive wind, but they promptly made adjustments within the period we were there. I highly recommend it.

Lovely visit to Valle de La Luna - This was a nice tour and was very well run. As we were a pretty able group, our guide gave us the option of doing a longer walk which we appreciated. The scenery was very beautiful and our guide was very informed about the area. We did find it a little hard to follow at times as he was speaking quickly and gesturing to various points in the valley but it was difficult to understand exactly what he meant at times. But never the less the tour was a nice way to see this famous spot and we also got to watch a lovely sunset. We didn’t except much from the snack that was included but there was actually so much food and it was all really tasty so that far exceeded expectations. Overall a very good tour!
