Amazing experience - Jorge and Lulu were excellent guides on this tour of the Lagunas Altiplanicas and Piedras Rojas. I highly recommend it! The landscapes are fascinating and indescribable!

A great tour, for a great landscape. - A pleasant walk to calmly see the highland lagoons and the red pueidras, with "CHINO" a spectacularly friendly guide and Jorge a friendly driver. Breakfast and lunch very nice.

Top notch tour company in San Pedro de Atacama - Piedras Rojas was just one of the tours we booked with Turismo Chile Tours. The company was fantastic! Coordinating tours was simple and they were very flexible when we had last minute changes. Whereas some companies do not include park fees and require you to meet at their office, all fees are included and they pick you up at your hotel for every outing. One day our tour was canceled halfway through due to weather and they offered us a full refund minus park fees. Very classy outfit. Top notch customer service and their guides are amazing! Highly recommended!!!

They sell a premium package, they deliver a common package. - I request a refund for part of my tour. The Chile Tours agency did not show up on the day of our tour and transferred us to another agency "Puk Arumi" without any prior notice, in addition to changing our route, replacing Lagoas Altiplanicas with Laguna Tuyacto. We paid 738.00 reais (per person) for the tour that said it included "Premium Food" including buffet salads, proteins, meats, premium red and white wines, juices and water as well as a menu for people with dietary restrictions, tea, infusions, tea thigh and chachacoma. However, the food we were given was a "Pot" with rice, fried chicken and potatoes. From what I understand, we delivered a package worth much less than what we paid. Awaiting return. Thanks.
