Departing from Panajachel, we’ll take a collective boat to Tzununa. Upon arrival in Tzununa village, our biking adventure begins as we explore several Mayan villages. We’ll visit San Marcos, San Juan, and San Pedro la Laguna. A highlight in San Juan la Laguna is witnessing the traditional textile-making process, including the use of natural dyes. The village also practices natural medicine and has midwives in their cooperative.
We’ll admire the famous walls adorned with colorful murals by local artists and have the opportunity to observe the chocolate-making process in a factory.
The bike tour concludes in San Pedro, after which you and your guide will return to Panajachel. This adventure offers stunning landscapes on the other side of Lake Atitlan.
The local operator provides all necessary gear, including bicycles and helmets.

Leaving from Panajachel to take a collective boat for our transfer to tzununa. When we get the tzununa village, from there we start the our adventure tour by bike to visit some mayan vilages. We are going to visit San Marcos, San Juan And San Pedro la Laguna. One of the most important things to do in San Juan la Laguna is to see the textile process, how they make it and using the natural dye. Also they use the natural medicine, they have midwifes in their co-op.
