We provide our service within the limits of both cities and the customer can decide where to be dropped off or picked up.
At the moment you book the service with us, we will confirm and request both pick up and drop off locations, then we will set the times with you and give all the recommendations.
On the day of the service our driver will call your or send a message to to you to confirm that he is on it’s way, when we arrive we will start our transfer to your final destination.
Please remember to confirm at least 24 before that you need a translator. so we can book it as well, this service is included and has no extra fees, we only provide translation service in spanish and english, the driver will not be translating we will send someone to do the service.
