A great day with new friends - It was a excellent day from start to finish very professional outfit. I had a wonderfull day and would highly recommend.

The trip was not as described. Treat with caution. - I usually write positive evaluations and I am happy to share my experience. This narrative reflects poorly on the tour operator and potentially on Viator. We shall see. We were collected at 6 am, which was reassuring as other reviewers has said that the tour operator was a no show. The driver confirmed our booking by saying my name and we boarded the vehicle. (0 minutes into the drive to the Andes we stopped at a cafe and the driver gave instructions in Spanish. I asked if he spoke English (in the only Spanish I have) and he confirmed that he did not. This was a surprise as the tour was booked and confirmed as an English-speaking tour. I contacted Viator immediately and they confirmed that the tour was indeed English speaking. They attempted to contact the tour operators but were hung up on. The break concluded and we drove for another hour into the Andes. I contacted Viator again as the tour is described as five hours in duration and we were already three hours into the tour. I explained that I had work meetings in Santiago to get back to. Long story short the tour was not as described. We arrived back 10 hours after departure, and I missed some important calls. The case is being reviewed as I have asked for a refund which according to the App has been declined. I am interested to see if the tour description is updated and if Viator respect their customers (we have been on over 20 trips which have been good and cost a fair amount). This trip was 10 hours long and in Spanish. Let's see what happens.

Didn't get picked up. Waited 1 hour in hotel lobby. Avoid this tour. - Guide never turned up. Got up at 5am for no reason. No one to contact as office not open until 9am. No after hours emergency number. No apologies. Pick another provider. There is a history of this if you read the reviews. If your like me and this happens on last day then you don't get do the tour and miss sight for ever.

Tour operator was a no show. - There were no memorable parts as the tour operator failed to pick us up. They have not responded to my messages and did not answer their phone. Very disappointed.

Don’t book - Our driver never came to pick us up. Which we had seen reviews of… But we asked when booking for an explanation for the negative reviews and they assured us it was just a few instances!

This is a trap! - The tour operator didnt show up. I waited for 2 hours and tried calling the operator several times to no avail. Pls blacklist Travesia Turismo!

DID NOT SHOW UP!!!! - Absolutely unreal. They simply DID NOT SHOW UP. I contacted them, and Viator contacted them the night before and morning of. Simply no response and no show. It was the last day of my trip and only opportunity to see el yeso, absolutely ruined my day. No follow up, no apology, no reason and STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. A trip to Chile is not cheap, it's crazy that they would take a reservation like this so lightly and think they could just not show up. As a tour company, they have a responsibility to make people's trips enjoyable. UNREAL!!!!!!
