Awesome tour - Excellent tour. Got to hit major historical points( Catedral Metropolitana, Plaza de Armas, Santa Lucia, Palacio de la Moneda, museum district). Also visited several nice and colorful neighborhoods: Los Condes, Providencia, Lastraria , Bella Vista. It was Easter Weekend, so many businesses were closed, out of tour company control. If you want to more fully experience Santiago, may want to book the tour during a weekday. Hector, our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny, which made the tour very enjoyable. He was very flexible. Mauricio, our driver, was also extremely nice. Highly recommended tour.

The very best of Santiago in one day. - The driver and guide arrived right on time and we did a thorough tour of downtown Santiago starting with the Castillo Hidalgo and Cerro Santa Lucia. On to the section of Santiago with the government buildings, Presidential Palace and others along with the Cripta Bernado O'Higgins. All with a recounting of Chilean history. Several churches, Iglesia San Francisco and the Metropolitan Cathedral. We spent some time in Barrio Bellavista and saw Pablo Neruda's house/museum, but didn't go in because of limited time. Toward the end of the tour we went up to a neighborhood on the northern edge of the city with very exclusive homes, including a copy of Elvis Presly's home, Graceland, for a wonderful view of the city. It was an information-packed day and I certainly received more information about Santiago, and Chile, than I thought possible in one day. The only problem was that with my compromised hearing I didn't catch the name of my tour guide. Could you possible send my her name? Her English was first-rate and her knowledge of the city and Chile, their history and present, was literally amazing. Even very extraneous questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I am so glad that I scheduled an extra day in Santiago and that I found you with an Internet search. I would most highly recommend your service to others. Thanks for making my last day in Chile so enjoyable and informative. Richard Lynde

Beautiful trip through Santiago - Our day with Francisca on a private tour of Santiago was wonderful. Francisca's passion for her city and its history was evident from the get-go, and it truly elevated our experience. We began our day with a hike up San Cristobal hill, where Francisca regaled us with tales of Chilean history. The panoramic views from the top, including the serene Japanese garden and the iconic Virgin Mary statue, were breathtaking. The journey down via the funicular added an extra layer of excitement. Next, Francisca took us across the city to the Bahá'í Temple, a marvel of modern architecture nestled against the backdrop of the majestic Andes. The tranquility of the temple and the stunning vista provided a serene contrast to the city below. Of course, no visit to Santiago would be complete without indulging in its culinary delights. Francisca led us to a charming local eatery where we savored a traditional lunch, immersing ourselves in the flavors of Chilean cuisine. To cap off our unforgettable day, Francisca treated us to some delectable ice cream at a local spot, adding a sweet finale to our exploration of Santiago. Throughout the tour, Francisca's warmth, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident. She effortlessly fielded our questions, providing insightful answers and offering us a comprehensive overview of the city's vibrant culture and heritage.

Excellent Time exploring various aspects of Santiago - Our guide, Juan was both gracious and patient and took us to the funicular railway for panoramic views, helped us explore and walk through the key highlights of the historic downtown area as well as set us up for a great lunch and took us to the Artisanal crafting village at the end for a fantastic trip.

Above and Beyond. Highly recommended. - Our tour guide, Jaime, customized our tour based on our prior touring and gave us excellent cultural and historical information in perfect English. Enjoyed some off the beaten track spots. Our driver and vehicle were excellent as well. We spent more time on the tour then expected and were not rushed.

Just brilliant! - This tour was absolutely brilliant. From the pickup until the return to the hotel, I spent an excellent time in the company of my guide for the day. Francesca is absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable, she's got a reply for all questions. We had lunch in a very typical restaurant. You see Santiago as you would never see it otherwise. Absolutely brilliant, recommended 100%.

Overpriced - The guide was fine but kept sneaking off to have a cigarette. We did find that she was attentive to our needs. The car and driver were excellent. We only saw 3 areas of the city, we would have liked more. For what we saw, this tour is overpriced.
