Tour Valparaiso and Vina del Mãe April 19, 2024 - We loved the tour, the guide Pablo was very pleasant and attentive. Speak portuguese very well. We received detailed explanations about the historical and cultural context of the two cities.

Great last day - Luis was very good about telling us all the history of where we were visiting. He was knowledgeable and very helpful when answering questions. We had a great last day of our vacation and learned about Santiago.

My day in Santiago - Diego was a great guide. Very well organized and friendly great restaurant. Would recommend he was very well organized . I would have liked a stop at a working vineyard instead of a tourist trap.

Late start - Late to start. Email and ticket said tour started at 8am, but we were not picked up until 9:20am. Other couple on bus told the same.

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY! - NEVER BOOK WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY! They cancelled our private tour last minute the night before our tour was to take place, in a very unprofessional way. Horrible communication, TERRIBLE AGENCY, AVOID IT!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this unless you just want to take a long way to your hotel - This tour was a mess! We booked this for a tour of Santiago but it was a mix of 2 short steps in Valparaiso, lunch break in Viña Del Mar, and drive-by of several spots of Santiago. It was hot and the AC was weak. No microphone so we couldn’t hear what the guide was saying. No wine tasting, either. A lot of time spent doing nothing!
