  • Konjic - The first stop of the day tour is a short visit to the old part of the small, but the charming town - Konjic. The symbol of Konjic is The Old Stone Bridge, which was connecting the banks of the Neretva river for centuries. It was since 1682. until WW2, when the German occupiers destroyed it, during the withdrawal of their troops. It was reconstructed as the original bridge in 2009 and has been on the list of national monuments of BiH since 2003. In Konjic you can enjoy a coffee or a short walk.
  • Mostar - Our next stop is Mostar - one of the most beautiful cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mostar is a city of stone on stone, historical, political, scientific and cultural center of Herzegovina located in the Neretva River valley. The most famous attraction in Mostar is the Old Bridge, built-in 1566. Since 2005 it is on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Above all, it’s the beating heart of the city, a strong iconic symbol of its history and one of the country’s most recognizable landmarks. We will also see the Crooked Bridge - the oldest arch bridge in Mostar. In Mostar you will find Hamam - a traditional Turkish bath.In addition, this tour will cover Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, the second biggest mosque in Mostar.
Kujundžiluk - Old Bazzar, winds along a small, pretty, cobbled street, dating back to the middle of the 16th century. Therefore, you can find characteristic crafts shops and traditional restaurants in this area.
  • Blagaj tekija - Our next destination is Blagaj - a haven of peace and natural harmony. In Blagaj you will see a Tekke - the Dervish Monastery, built around 1520. The monastery is an important monument of the early Ottoman period in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The dervishes have been using the monastery in order to perform their special rituals - Dhikr (praise to God). Blagaj Tekke is situated by the Spring of the river Buna, surrounded by beautiful mountains. In the silence of the Dervish house’s garden, cooled by the freshness of the wonderful river with the most spectacular view. Therefore, you will understand why Blagaj was the focus of interest of historical personalities, Roman nobility, Ottoman viziers and kadis, Austro-Hungarian officers and many travelers searching for the freshness of the water, the warmth of the sun, and blue sky. The lunchtime is in a great restaurant situated by the Spring of River Buna.
  • Kravice Falls - After Pocitelj, we arrive at our next stop - Kravice waterfalls. Kravice waterfall, located on the Trebižat River is s a mini version of Niagara Falls, hidden in the Balkans. Kravice waterfalls form a natural amphitheater 40 km southwest of the city of Mostar. For its amazing beauty and untouched nature, the state has protected it as a natural rarity. Its height is 25 meters. Moreover, Kravice waterfall is a popular swimming and picnic area.
  • Pocitelj - Our next stop is Pocitelj - the stepped Ottoman-era fortress village. It is a medieval and Ottoman-Mediterranean wonder of nature and architecture, a place like no other. Cupped in a steep rocky amphitheater, it’s a warren of stairways climbing between ramshackle stone-roofed houses and pomegranate bushes. We will climg the amazing Kula (Fort of Počitelj), at 45m above sea level, which offers breathtaking views. In only one photo you will have Neretva River, impressive Hajji Alija’s mosque, the mekteb (Muslim primary school), the imaret (charitable kitchen), the medresa (Muslim high school), the Hamam (Turkish public bath), the han (public inn) and sahat-kula (clock-tower).

Love Meet Bosnia - And Jasmin our Guide was amazing!!! - We did a one way transfer and tour (Sarajevo/Split) with Meet Bosnia and had a fantastic experience. The Meet Bosnia staff were great at communicating when we made changes or had questions and always did so in a timely manner. Our guide Jasmin was FANTASTIC! He gave us just the right amount of information at the various tour sites and we had 100% confidence in his driving. He was very professional and also a great person to chat with; it made the day very enjoyable. This is a great service for folks traveling between cities as you combine the transfer and tours; travel and learning…bonus!!! Thanks Meet Bosnia and great job Jasmin. Thanks very much. Trhe hghlights of Herzogovina in one day - Jasmin was a wonderful guide, we had great discussions on religion and politics related to the recent history in Bosnia and the former Yugoslavia. We visted some wonderful sights. This a great toir for someone who wants to see the highlights of Herzogovina in one day. It was a lot for one day one could easily spend three or four days in this region.

Visit Bosnia & Herzegovina from Split in One Way tour - It was a very interesting tour, visiting Kravice Falls, Pocitelj, Mostar, Blagaj, Konjic and finally Sarajevo (the last is not included in the tour). We spent another day in this city and don't regret this decision. The guide, Vedad Hastor was excellent. He explains the history of each place who visit with details and deeps concepts. Really, it was a pleasure to share the day with him.

Unexpected surprises in BiH - We had only 2 1/2 short days in BiH and needed to use one to drive to Croatia. We first met MeetBosnia on the free walking tour, and Eddie gave us a great introduction to the old town. We then met Adnan as our guide on The Fall of Yugoslavia Tour - which was an interesting and fascinating story of the sad and not so distant history of Sarajevo. We then realized we could take a “transfer” to Split with MeetBosnia instead of driving ourselves. We were lucky to have Adnan again who spent 12 hours giving a condensed history of major places. The drive would have been nerve wracking on our own through curvy mountain roads! Adnan was a knowledgeable guide who showed us many hidden gems we never could find on our own!

Hellish tour - Our guide was nice but his English was not understandable. We would have enjoyed the tour with a more knowledgeable speaker than we had. The places we went to were great. The heat did not help but overall it is a long and strenuous 13 hour tour. For the future tours it would have been good to ask for steps and uphills that were very strenuous. Overall it was very long….. Lisa R
