A must do when in Sarajevo. - We met with our tour guide (Elvis) at the allocated time of 1200. He greeted us and handed us a bottle of water which is a tradition in Sarajevo as the saying goes an old lady handed out water to the soldiers during the war. He informed my daughter and I we would essentially be on a private tour and we travelled in his car rather than a mini bus for up to fifteen. This made it more interesting. We went to the Olympic Village, the Tunnel Of Hope, Sniper Alleyway passing many viewpoints. This tour included entry to the tunnel. We had plenty of time during our stops to listen and ask questions about the siege of Sarajevo. During the drive Elvis handed out a snack and said we should go for a Bosnian Coffee at the end of the tour. This was a nice and personal touch which I expect wouldn’t normally happen. Thank you so much! The tour lasted approximately the time stated. I wouldn’t hesitate using this company again the next time we are in the region. Well recommended 😎
