Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Free & Easy

Hanoi - Upon landing at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will transport you to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. (If departing from Ho Chi Minh, we will arrange the reverse schedule.) This is your first day in Vietnam, giving you free time to relax and explore Hanoi City on your own.

Day 2: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua Cave) (B,L)

Hoa Lu temples of the Dinh & Le Dynasties - 7:45 – 8:30: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We will take you to Ninh Binh province, about 120 km from Hanoi city. 9:30: Take a 20-minute break to relax. 10:30: The first destination is Hoa Lu ancient capital, the first capital of Vietnam. Visiting Hoa Lu, you will learn why the capital was moved to Hanoi. Be impressed by the outstanding architecture of the temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17th century. Experience the ancient atmosphere of Hoa Lu. 11:45: Enjoy a buffet lunch at a restaurant with a variety of local foods, including goat meat and fried rice. Vegetarian options are available.

Tam Coc - 13:00: Take a 1.5-hour bamboo boat ride in Tam Coc. During the trip, you’ll be amazed by the charming beauty of the paddy fields, river, water, clouds, sky, and stunning cave system, often referred to as “Halong Bay on land.” 14:30: Continue the tour with a 45-minute bike ride around the village to discover local life.

Mua Caves - 15:30: Board the bus to Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Climb nearly 500 steps to reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain for a panoramic view of Tam Coc.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (Sung Sot Cave - Titop Island) (B,L,D)

Tuan Chau Island - 7:45 – 8:30: The shuttle bus and tour guide of the cruise will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. 8:45: Depart for Halong Bay, a 3.5-hour journey. 10:15: Arrive in Hai Duong province for a 20-minute break. 12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. 12:30: Welcome aboard the cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, and receive a brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines. Check into your air-conditioned cabin. 13:00: Savor a special lunch with traditional Vietnamese dishes while cruising through the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations.

Sung Sot Cave - 15:00: Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave).

Ti Top Island - 16:00: The cruise will take you to Titop Island, known for its viewpoint offering splendid views of Halong Bay, or you can enjoy swimming on the romantic sandy beach.

Halong Bay - 17:15: Return to the cruise, take a shower, relax on the sundeck, and watch the sunset from comfortable lounge chairs while enjoying a cocktail or reading a book. EVENING RELAXATION: 19:00: Enjoy dinner with a sea view from the window in the romantic night setting of the bay. 20:30: Engage in activities like squid fishing, karaoke, or relaxing on the sundeck. Overnight on the boat in a clean, air-conditioned room.

Day 4: Ha Long Bay (Kayaking) - Hanoi - Fly to Danang (B,L)

Halong Bay - 6:30 – 6:45: Have breakfast on board while the boat cruises to the Natural Preservation Zone. Kayak to explore the area or visit a floating house to learn about the daily life of local fishermen. Return to the cruise, refresh, and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in the luggage store. Continue exploring the bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more. Time for lunch. 11:00 – 11:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. 12:30: Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus. 14:30: Stop in Hai Duong province for a short break. 16:30: Arrive in Hanoi Old Quarter.

Noibai Airport Transfers - Upon returning to Hanoi Old Quarter, our driver will take you to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure to Danang (at night). The price does not include the domestic flight ticket from Hanoi to Danang (to be paid on your own).

Day 5: Danang - Marble Mountain - Hoi An (B,D)

My Khe Beach - Enjoy your morning free to appreciate the beauty of My Khe Beach.

The Marble Mountains - 15:00-16:00: Depart for Marble Mountain. Stop at the Stone Carving Village, a traditional village of Danang people, for free visits and souvenir shopping. Next, visit Marble Mountain, with its beautiful caves, Tam Thai, Linh Ung pagoda, Tang Chon, and Huyen Khong Cave.

Hoi An - 17:30: Move to Hoi An ancient town. Enjoy free walking and shopping at Nguyen Hoang market. Sightsee the town adorned with colorful lanterns, enjoy traditional folk music in Quang Nam province, and discover the unique architecture of the famous port from the 15th and 16th centuries, showcasing a blend of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese cultures.

Day 6: Danang - Ba Na Hills - Golden Bridge - Cable Car (B,L)

Sun World Ba Na Hills - 07:00 - 08:00: Pick up guests at the hotel and depart for Ba Na Hills. 09:00: Arrive at the cable car station. Enjoy the ride in the cabin, looking over the endless tree line of the forest and experiencing the pristine ecological system of Ba Na Mountain. 09:30: Visit Le Jardin, old wineries, remains of French Villas, and Linh Ung pagoda with a 27m high Buddha statue. Leave Le Jardin for Gare Debay, the second cable car station, to reach the top of Ba Na. 10:30: Visit and play games at Fantasy Park, the third-largest indoor amusement park in the world (only some free games depending on Ba Na policy). 11:30: Have lunch at a restaurant. 12:30: Conquer the Peak of Chua Mountain at 1,487m, enjoying a panoramic view of Da Nang from the top of Ba Na Hills, and visit the Golden Bridge. 17:30: Return to the cable car station and transfer to Da Nang. Drop off at your hotel to relax.

Day 7: Danang - Fly to Ho Chi Minh (B)

Da Nang - Free time to explore the city on your own. Later, the driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Danang airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh.

Ho Chi Minh City - Upon arrival in HCM, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Overnight stay in a hotel in HCM.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City Tour - Cu Chi Tunnel full day (B, L)

Cu Chi Tunnels - The Cu Chi tunnels are now a historical site in Vietnam, recognized for their role in the resistance against US forces during the Vietnam War. Located about 60km from Ho Chi Minh City, the tour departs at 8:00 am. It may be hard to imagine that this area was once almost completely destroyed by bombs and mines during the war when Cu Chi was a “free target zone.” Upon arrival, you will have the chance to walk through some of the tunnels, discover hidden corners, and imagine life for the resistance soldiers. You can try cooking with smokeless stoves used by Vietnamese soldiers and sample the foods they lived on. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even try shooting an AK-47, one of the guns used during the war. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch of local specialties after your visit to the tunnels.

Ho Chi Minh City - The first stop on the tour is the Reunification Palace, the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until the end of the war in April 1975. After the Reunification Palace, you can walk to see some French colonial structures, including Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Central Post Office. After a day visiting Cu Chi Tunnel and Ho Chi Minh City, we believe you will never forget this peaceful and charming city. The tour finishes around 5 pm.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta Tour Full Day (B, L)

Mekong Delta - Depart Saigon by road for the Mekong Delta and its gateway city of My Tho, located 72 km southwest of the city. Board a riverboat for an excursion across the Mekong through islands covered with lush flora and small rural communities. Cruise to Thoi Son Island, where you will have the opportunity to visit a local house and taste some of the fruits grown in the orchards. Walk through the orchards, tasting tropical fruits. Lunch is at a local restaurant, where you can sample a local specialty: “elephant ear” fish. In the afternoon, enjoy cycling around Tan Thach village, meeting local villagers to experience daily life in the Mekong Delta. Relax in a hammock and enjoy the cool breeze if you prefer not to join the cycling trip. Return to Ho Chi Minh City for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Free & Easy - Ho Chi Minh Departure (B)

Ho Chi Minh City - Free time to explore the city on your own. Later, the driver will drop you at the airport. It’s time to say goodbye to Vietnam.
