Whether it’s your first time or you’re working on improving your skills, we can help you learn in a safe and fun environment. We’ll meet at Cullen Beach carpark and you’ll meet your instructor. Then we’ll get changed and head down to beach for an introduction, theory and important safety info. After getting loose with a yoga-inspired warm up we’ll get in the water, where your instructor will give you personalised advice based on your ability and goals. Time for fun in the sea! We’ll have about 1.5 hours water time, and the lesson will last about 2 hours total after we’re changed and on the beach.
