Outstanding tour of the Western Canadian Rockies! - Can’t say enough good things about this tour. From start to finish Bindlestiff Tours was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and shared in the excitement of our upcoming tour. The tour itself was outstanding. A small groups tour that is perfectly designed to showcase the highlights of the Canadian Rockies. Our guide was so much fun, giving a ton of interesting commentary and local stories making sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the parks. The scenery was amazing and the hotels of a very high quality. We really enjoyed our tour with Bindlestiff and will certainly be returning for more tours in the future!

An absolute must do!! - I just finished this amazing adventure with Bindlestiff tours and am so grateful I had the opportunity to do it! The incredible scenery combined with the small close knit group and the outstanding guide Chris Patrick made this trip one to remember :) A tour guide can either make or break a group and Chris certainly made it! He was an excellent driver and always made sure everyone was ok :) Thank you for making my first time to Canada amazing!

Best Canadian Rockies tour with Bindlestiff! - Can't say enough enough about this company. This was the second tour I have done with Bindlestiff and I will be back to do their Yellowstone tour next year. Both times the guides have been phenomenal, entertaining, friendly, professional and helpful with outstanding area knowledge, stories and history. I camped but there was a lodging option. The camping gear was new and the tents easy to put up. We had many great nights around the campfire! And then there is the Canadian Rocky Mountain scenery- WOW. The tour is extremely well paced with activities sand highlights every day. We hiked, glacier walked, helicoptered over the Rockies and had the option to mountain bike in either Whistler or Jasper. Vancouver was also great and the guides gave us a comprehensive tour of Stanley park, Granville market and Gas town. Great city and fantastic tour all around.

Well organised trip - Well organised by Chris and Rachel, we were fortunate with the weather seeing this wonderful part of the world. Chris was very informative, and looked after us. Good company from my fellow travellers from America, Finland and UK, I was more than happy. This was my second Bindlestiff tour, so I knew what to expect. Considering what you could spend on seeing this part of the world, this tour was value for money.

This trip is excellent if you like nature and walking - Well organized small group tour works fine and its easy to move from place to place. We had a new minibus and trailer for luggage and for other equipment. We had picnic style lunches and dinners at campsites. Flexibility and teamwork needed with travel mates and the campsite facilities. Canada is beautiful and tour guides made this trip GREAT!

Love the Southwest tour, not so much the Canadian Rockies - I loved my Southwest tour with Bindlestiff so I booked the Canadian Rockies tour with them. Not great. While the Southwest tours are run like a well-oiled machine, and filled with many highlights, I can't say the same for the Canadian Rockies tour. It was a lot of driving with too few stops. If you want to watch Canada fly by your window, this is the tour for you. Plus, the guide kinda killed it for me. He was mostly into talking about his own adventures; didn't get much on Canada, wildlife, etc. And, while he said the tour was all about us, and what we wanted to do, I found he was always steered us into doing what was easiest for him, and would act a little pouty, if we wanted something different, from food to activities. I get it, he was driving a lot, but would have loved to spend more than just 1 hour in Banff town. The brochure talked about "cafes, restaurants and alpine nightlife," but we didn't get that. Instead, we spent 1 hour in town and drove back to camp for an awful meal of bargain pasta. Our guide wasn't into cooking, so we made do with a bunch of cheapie food options. Every meal was like that: bagel for breakfast, peanut butter or 1 slice lunch meat sandwich for lunch, and pasta or rice for dinner. I felt like the guide was doing the bare bones minimum and didn't care. Barely saw much of Vancouver, even tho I asked if we could see 1 other thing. The answer was there's a schedule to keep. We actually got into Seattle quite early, and he was so happy to collect his tip, drop us off, and vanish. Not a great tour. Would recommend doing a rental car option out of Calgary instead. You'll get so much more out of it. Just an fyi.
