Great trip - Driver was very friendly. Knew where we were going and the route needed to get there. There were no delays.

Slow pokes catch ride late - We booked our trip to the airport online & were concerned since we arrived later for the bus from the Holland America Eurodam. We were met by an agent at the bus pickup point and saw there were no others waiting for the bus. We boarded the bus & the driver took only the two of us on the long drive to the airport. We really appreciated the way everything was handled without any delays on the part of Seattle Express.

Hassle free transfer - Booked this transfer from pier 66 to the airport, and it was hassle free. Once you arrive outside the terminal, the transfer is straight in front of you, and then it's a 20 min journey to the airport.

Great service! Great Price!! - The service was so much cheaper than the cruise ship transportation. The shuttle came within 5 minutes of me arriving. The driver was very polite and took great care of our luggage. The trip did not take long to get to the airport.

Great shuttle - Best cruise shuttle company! Quicker pickup than carnival transfer and save $15 pp. 2 buses waiting for us at the pier. $57 for 2 people!

cruise port 66 seattle to SeaTac airport - Seattle express was right there at the exit from the pier, quickly took our lugggage and got us on the bus. dave was great and the wait was short and the drive was wonderful

Stress free transportation - Our transfer from the cruise port to the airport was stress free. The bus was there waiting for us, quick and easy process. Very pleasant driver. Would definitely use again.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE - Everything about our experience was great! From the booking over the phone to the drop off at the airport. Every person we dealt with was so nice and helpful. The driver was awesome, very comfortable, safe ride...not like the taxi we took. She also pointed out several areas of interest on our way. We will for sure use them again!!!

Great Ride - Seattle Express was a great idea to get from the cruise terminal to hotels near the airport. We prepaid online and had no issues. The drivers and staff were most helpful. Shout-out to Will who took me back to terminal to retrieve lost luggage.

Easy and Fast - This was a very easy way to get between ship and hotel. Employees were friendly and helpful! Kathy, you rock keeping everything organized. The only think that might have been a bit tricky was finding them, as the signage as we exited the terminal would have sent us to the wrong place. However, we had a luggage porter helping us who took us straight to the shuttles. (Use a luggage porter from the terminal!). Others in my party took the shuttle round trip from 2 different airport hotels at the beginning of the cruise and returned to the airport, and had a great experience, as well.
