Great Service - I used this company for 5 rides while I was in Milan and Como. They were very responsive to all my requests. They were always on time and each ride had a nice driver and a comfortable car. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Doesn’t pay to plan ahead! - Due to weather, I missed my connection. I informed them, that was the case. Through some miscommunication, no one was there to greet me and I took a taxi. That was understandable, however, I was charged for the service not provided.
