This place was offically declared a shrine of the Roman Catholic Church in 1986, and since then it has become a popular place of pilgrimage. Pope Paul VI visited shrine in 1967. The visit to the House (church) takes about 45 minutes and after our visit; there will be a 5 min drive to Ephesus.

Amazing - Really great experience! We skipped all the lines due to our driver which was super helpful. A fun history lesson, i learned a lot. I recommend.

Amazing Ephesus! - Excellent tour and hospitality. Guray took care of grandparents who needed wheelchairs for Ephesus, a tween, teen plus 2 adults. The driver and vehicle was great. Gray had deep local and historical knowledge. The sites are amazing. Turkiye is an interesting country with much to offer.

Excellent Experience! - The tour was wonderful. Gul was an excellent guide and Evren was a very skillful driver, not to mention the van was roomy and comfortable.
Gul always goes out of her way to accommodate all our needs - from Ephesus to the mass at the House of Mary, the local lunch (with coffee cup fortune) and the leather shop (Payless) was a great experience.
Will be back again next year with church friends and will get them again.
