Experience Turkey with a local guide - Wonderful tour. Tugba was excellent guide. Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took very good care of us through the crowds and uneven terrain. We experienced a family owned pottery demonstration, excellent lunch and Turkish rug making. Recommend a morning tour before the crowds and heat.

Amazing! - The overall experience was wonderful. We were picked up on time and dropped to airport. Our guide also was very well informed and she walked us through all the ruins of Ephesus explaining the history. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and efficient - Tuba is a wonderful guide. Murat was a great driver. We really enjoyed having a guide and didn’t realize she came with the price. What a bonus! We still paid the entrance fees but we were very short on time so she took us to the best parts first. The hand painted pottery was beautiful and we really enjoyed going there as well. I highly recommend this tour company. The bus was clean and they were very friendly.

Ephesus by Irem - Irem was so adorable & informative. Our day was as advertised and more. Irem not only knew so much but was so pleasant and had tips to get us thru lines and had timing of tours arranged so we either beat or missed crowds. I recommend you ask for her when you are looking for fun and see everything you planned and more!!! We came home with the most wonderful leather jackets after a private fashion show. Our best day so far. Thank you Irem!!!

Simple, easy, good value - Really easy, enjoyable, well handled trip for our group. The guides English is excellent, he’s hugely entertaining and knowledgeable. Manages to keep everything interesting by blending stories, with jokes and facts. So very knowledgeable in terms of his history, but also managed to keep everything light in feel. Our group had a had a couple of specific requirements and the operator stayed flexible to that. Hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Good Tour - Ended with a Scam - Tolga was a great, articulate, and very knowledgeable tour guide. Unfortunately, everything went South when he brought us to a lunch at a carpet “school”. The entire Carpet school idea was a scam. Please google Carpet school scam around Ephesus, and you will find many postings, including this one… https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g297972-i1664-k4822418-BUYER_BEWARE_EGE_Hali_Rug_Factory_Demonstation-Kusadasi_Turkish_Aegean_Coast.html Summary… - The provided “free lunch“ led to a 20 minute lesson on find carpets, as well as a “school“ for needy females. - repeatedly we were told that 60+ percent of the proceeds go to these women. - we saw many many carpets, and in the end did not buy one - but as we returned to the ship, we saw and exact match of a “custom carpet“ that clearly was not created by these women, but rather a factory carpet from who knows where. - The price of the carpet in the school was five times higher than the price of that same carpet at the entrance to where we returned to the ship $8k vs 1.4k in port. There are many more specifics that you can find online, but I would NOT recommend Tolga or anyone associated with him or his tour company.
