- Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - We starts our tour pick up service from any hotel you stay in Izmir. If you are booing your Ephesus with us and you stay in Kusadasi, it is first pick up location which is going to depart 07:30 am and continue to Selcuk where there will be meeting with other participants. After everyone comes together tour starts with the House of Virgin Mary.
House of Virgin Mary is the place where Mary may have spent her last days. Indeed, she may have come in the area together with Saint John. This place was offically declared a shrine of the Roman Catholic Church in 1986, and since then it has become a popular place of pilgrimage. Pope Paul VI visited shrine in 1967. The visit to the House (church) takes about 45 minutes and after our visit; there will be a 5 min drive to Ephesus.

Great experience at Ephesus - My wife and I visisted Turkey and Apasa travel was part of the tour. Tour guide Nizam was with us for two days and we visited Ephesus, House of Mary, Artemis Temple, Sirince village, Pamukkale, and Hierapolis ancient city.
We travlled more than 45 countries and had lots of different tour guide. We are very fortunate to have NIZAM as a tour guide. He is excellent individual person, tremendour knowledgable about his subject. Answer every question or concern we presented to him.
We do than him and his tour company. We are thinking about making trip again to that area because of history and great tour guide. Nizam, please keep it up good work. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Great experience with an amazing your guide! - This tour exceeded my expectations! Everything from Izmir to Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary, Ephesus, the town and its shops! I travelled from IST to Izmir and the company arranged my flights and private driver. Once I arrived in in Selcuk I had the best tour guide I could ask for "Nizam" he made sure we all had a great time, he was very professional, knowledgeable, entertaining and very polite! Visiting the cooperative where we had lunch and experience how they make rugs was a great experience. Then the wine testing and walk around the little shops was enjoyable, friendly people everywhere. Next time I'll be booking with Apasas Travel again, great experience. Thanks Nizam!

Amazing ! - Did 2 days tours -Ephesus and Pamukkale with Melike. Melike was amazing and fun! She had good knowledge of the historical sites and brought us through interesting routes. We had to do a transfer for our next destination and Melike took care of it seamlessly, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were safe and taken care of.

Wonderful Visit to Ephesus and best tour guide !! - Gul was our tour guide. She is very knowledgeable , friendly and took time to explain in a concise and clear way the important elements of each place visited. Her English knowledge very clear and was very friendly and interested in our satisfaction.
Out beat Tour guide in Turkey so far. We highly recommend her.

Amazing Ephesus - our guide was veryvgood in providing the history of Artemis, House of Mama Mary and the ruins in Ephesus. in addition, great decision to change our buffet lunch to a nicer alacarte restaurant which provided excellent food.

Great day with a fantastic guide. - We had a brilliant day today. We booked last minute and I’m so glad we did. Nizam was our tour guide and he was so fantastic and really made the day for us. He spoke fantastic English, very knowledgeable, and a great sense of humour which really perked the day up. Interesting things to see. Nizam took us to a few local areas to share local delicacies. All good in my opinion for supporting the local trade / businesses who might otherwise struggle without tourism.

Highly recommend this tour! - This tour was fantastic and a highlight of our visit to Turkey. Our guide Nizam was knowledgeable, funny, and kept the group going at a great pace, he visited many stops which all were interesting and lovely. We loved the village and the lunch spot! Ephesus will leave you with an indelible impression. - I have experienced few sites as stunning or impressive as the Ruins of Ephesus. The sheer scale and scope of the site is of such size that it is only when there that you really get a full understanding of how large of a city it must have been.
The guidance and work going into this part of the tour was absolutely fantastic, and I truly enjoyed the time we spent there.
The remaining stops on the tour, while interesting in themselves, pale a bit by comparison. The visit to the Artemision Temple, even if only a single pillar survives, was really interesting, particularly when considering you can see the other monumental buildings which pieces of the temple have gone to constructing, but the remaining stops felt a bit like fillers on the tour as a whole. Worth it as part of a larger tour, but not really noteworthy enough in and of themselves.
