Quick and Easy! - The transfer was easy and painless. However, I should have looked at the baggage claim letter in the confirmation photo they sent confirming the correct location. That was an oversight on my end. On their part, communication through WhatsApp was spot on, and we found our driver without issue. We had a long layover and wanted to visit a friend in the city. The transfer made the quick trip a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend the service.

Great experience - Driver was waiting in lobby for me with a sign and he was courteous the whole way through! He put my luggage in the back, and was very friendly. He also drove well, which is a big plus because the company I booked with for a ride from the airport was not great. Then he Even got a cart for me when we reached the airport and put my bags down and guided me to where I should go.

Professional and On Time! - Great experience! On time (actually the driver was early!), professional, and well-mannered. I really like this company’s policy too that it has a grace period of 30 minutes or one hour (depending on pickup location). Makes everything way less stressful! Will definitely use again next time we’re in Seoul!

Prompt and clean way to travel - I needed to change pickup time which was easy to do through email. Driver was actually at hotel prior to scheduled pickup time which was great so we didn’t have to wait. Very clean and new van. I would highly recommend as stress- free way to travel between hotel and airport, and vice versa.

Reliable, courteous service for family of 5 with many luggages! - Continues to be an excellent, efficient & cost-effective alternative! Don’t take those airport buses or get a cab if you have more than 4 suitcases! Love KVAN!
Easy communication using WhatsApp. Always on time.
Remember to confirm your reservation when Tripadvisor sends you an email. Until you allow Tripadvisor/Viator to accept your payment, KVAN is not able to contact you.
Pick up is always 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. If you want to leave earlier, you MUST request it at least 3-4 days prior so they can assign a driver.
Vans are always clean. One I rode on had 8 seats. We had 5 large suitcases for 2 people & it was easy.
Driver Mr. Ho J. Park helped us at pick up & drop off. Please remember to TIP your driver if you’re happy with the service. We gave 10,000KRW (equivalent to $10USD at a ‘normal’ exchange rate). Will continue to use KVAN.
Flat fee is easier than the taxis which cannot accommodate more than 4 suitcases. Thank you, KVAN!

Excellent trip. - David arrived early. He was very friendly and accommodating as I got my family of 5 with two young children and car seats and lots of accompanying luggage packed up.m, including helping with the luggage. Very safe driver, knowledgeable about navigating Seoul. Would absolutely use again.
