- Miradouro da Boca do Inferno - You will be taken to the Lagoa do Canário park, from which entrance you can take a 15 minute walk to Grota do Inferno, the most famous and seek viewpoint of the Azores. Take your time here to enjoy being on top of the mountain and head back to the car when you are ready.
- Lagoa das Empadadas - From the entrance of Lagoas Empadadas park you can take a 15 minute walk to visit this enchanting and very green twin lakes.
- Vista do Rei Miradouro - This is the view that makes the cover of all post cards of São Miguel island! Take time to gaze at it, soak in the volcano crater landscape while also exploring the famous quirky old abandoned hotel that is located here.
- Sete Cidades - Take a break to enjoy a stroll around the village of Sete Cidades, have a coffee break and enjoy a walk alongside the margins of the lakes.

We’ll ascend the island’s loftiest volcano, observing as the vegetation becomes increasingly sparse the higher we climb. At the peak, you’ll be treated to an unparalleled view of its breathtaking caldera and lake. The higher we stand, the clearer our view will be, especially on cloudless days.
As we descend the northern slope, you’ll gain entry to the island’s most tropical hot springs (ticket inclusive). The waterfall feeds warm water into the springs, set amidst lush green foliage, making it a truly exclusive experience.
Next, we’ll discover the charming ‘Cabrito’ waterfall and the tea plantation situated at the base of the north slope. You’ll have the opportunity to appreciate the finest Azorean tea, authentically brewed whilst immersing in the vista of extensive tea plantations.
Finally, we’ll set off to the south slope to explore the oldest town on the island, learning about its ancient stone church and rocky islet. What an extraordinary day on the island!
