Great sightseeing tour in Seville to see major monuments & familiarise yourself with the city! - Melissa was a great guide and we really enjoyed the sightseeing trip. We would definitely recommend it. Melissa told us a lot of interesting information about the history and culture of Seville and took us to some really cool places.

Our guide, Melissa, was... - Our guide, Melissa, was great! She was knowledgeable, personable and fun. She explained the history of each place and also included cultural elements, such as her flamenco dance with a street guitarist. Her positive and playful personality made the tour very enjoyable for the adults and children in my group.

The "Spicer" Review - Our tour of the palace with our tour guide, Carlos was funny and extremely interesting. Carlos was very knowledgeable and attentive to the tour group and individuals. A must see in Sevilla, Spain - We liked the Royal Palaces, and the Cathedral very much. And our guide Jose Antonio ( I think that his last name)
was very knowledgeable of the tour and funny too. I would very highly recommended this tour. 👍👍👍

Melissa is awesome and saved the second part of the tour and Viator´s reputation :) - The tour started out very bad as we didn't have air conditioner on the bus and it was 106 degrees outside and then, the tour was marketed in English but Lola was translating in three languages (English, Spanish and French) so it was impossible to follow and pretty worthless the first part of the tour.
The second part when Melissa took over and showed us the Santa Fe neighborhood and the Real Alcazar, it was excellent!!! Melissa was amazing - very knowledebable, funny, friendly and warm. She deserves a 10 plus as she saved the tour and Viator´s reputation! thank you Melissa!!!!!

The tour guide was... - The tour guide was unaceptable. Didn't talk to much or explain any of the monuments visited. The transportation was ok but the guide didn't work.

Vendor failed to show up - The vendor failed to show up at the prescribed pick up location, and never responded to text or phone calls. Viator has given me a refund.

Not what we paid for - Very disappointed and upset as we booked the morning tour of the cathedral and palace. However the guide told us on the coach that the cathedral was closed so we would not be stopping there. We have since looked at the cathedral opening hours and can see it opens at 2.30 pm on Sundays. Why let us book a half day tour concluding at 2.00 pm to see the cathedral when they knew the cathedral was closed? We should have been made aware of this upon booking so we had the option of booking that tour another day. I would advise anyone considering this tour not to book for a Sunday morning. We feel cheated that they took our money knowing we were not getting what we had paid for.
