Private 4 hour city tour with driver and excellent English speaking guide - Grace is an excellent guide. She has good English skills . We were short on time. I texted Grace as I had her number and had used her services before. She was available to give 2 of us a tour of the Gardens , French Concession, and Buda Jade Temple . Grace gives you a lot of information about Chinese culture today, which was interesting. She was also great about answering our many questions as she has traveled to the USA and is quite knowledgeable.

Grace is amazing! - Grace was fantastic, we didn't really know what we wanted to do or for how long. Great English language skills and fantastic sense if humor to go along with her amazing knowledge. She exceeded every expectation, well done!

Great way to see the city - Our guide, Grace, was exceptional at showing us around Shanghai. She was even willing to modify our tour to visit different locations from originally planned, which made our trip extra special.

Exceptional Tour - This was our first trip to China and won't be our last. The concierge at the Intercontinental recommended this tour and we are glad he did. This tour was a real high light for my wife and I. We had a great tour guide in Peter and his knowledge of the history of Shanghai was very insightful. We visited Yuan gardens, The Bund, The French concession and enjoyed a tea tasting ceremony. It also gave us a good overview of the layout of Shanghai. Best tour we went on in our 5 days in Shanghai. This is well worth doing.

Best Guide In The World - Hua Lin - Hua Lin is one of the best guides in this wholeeeeee world! She was so nice to us even despite our random demands and requests and our family reported so late for the tour, but she smiled through it all and made us have a great day :) Thank you that. She is extremely polite, knowledgeable and focuses on making us enjoy the city to the best of her abilities!

Perfect way to experience Shanghai - What a great day! My hotel concierge called Gray Line in the morning and by noon Jesse and her driver were here to fetch me. We had a great time visiting key sites, a silk factory (fascinating), walking about various different areas and lots of photo opportunities. So much better than a bus tour and Jesse is such a mine of information! She helped me fall back in love with Shanghai after a disappointing first visit a few years back. I'd highly recommend this half day tour!

Shanghai - First Trip to China Tour - As part of my first business trip to China I was allowed to tour Shanghai one day. I was greeted at the hotel by Jessie Hua who took me on an excellent tour of the city. The tour was done a portion by car and a larger portion by walking. We were able to cover many different areas. The garden, the river front, the temple, the tea school, the silk factory, and walking through many shop areas. Jessie did an excellent job of ensuring that I was able to see the different places and explaining each one. The tea was excellent and I was able to pick up some gifts to carry home to the family. I was dropped back off at the hotel and greatly enjoyed the tour and the hospitality of Jessie and our driver.

A good introduction to the city - As a first time visitor this tour was a good introduction, and as I was the only person who booked the tour it was one on one. The tour suffered from two disadvantages, the first was it was on a public holiday so there were huge crowds - worth checking public holiday dates before you book. And the second was the two visits to tourist trap shops which featured on the itinerary. Of course I bought in both, but it is yet to be seen whether I was ripped off or not.
