Smooth Experience - I booked this transfer from PVG to the hotel where my colleague and I were staying less than one week before arriving. I was a bit nervous, as we did not receive any communication from the company that our driver was waiting, more specifics on where he was standing, etc. As we made it through customs, my colleague went right, and I went left, looking for someone holding a sign with our names. She found David, and he was courteous by taking her suitcase and showing her where the wash rooms were. When I met up with them, I found his English was good, he was polite, and he led us straight to his car. The car was roomy and clean. His driving was smooth and without incident. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who would prefer a pre-arranged booking instead of relying on a taxi or DiDi.

We were late in arriving but the driver was on top of the arrival times, happy to wait for over an hour and was prompt in collecting us at the hotel to take us back to the airport. driver did not speak English- it was... - <p>driver did not speak English- it was an early pick-up (4am). I hate to have to admit this- she was falling asleep! We could not communicate how imperative it was for her to rush us the airport and ended up missing our flight. I did not feel safe- driver was swerving and going 20 mph! Frustrating!!!</p>
