Enjoyable evening - The tour was well organize and evening Shanghai lights were amazing. This is must see and would recommend this evening show of lights. Our tour guide Roy was fantastic in explaining all details about the city and happy to answer all our question.

Beautiful lights in a traditional city - Shanghai lit up at night contrasting with so many traditional elements of the city makes for spectacular views. The river tour VIP seating and the stops in beautiful areas of downtown Shanghai gave opportunities for amazing pictures. And some unique shopping. The tour guide and driver were amazingly accommodating. My flight was delayed and they were able to pivot and change the pick up location to the airport.

Amazing Private Evening Tour: VIP Huangpu River Cruise and Shanghai Lights - We booked this tour and our guide was called Tom, he was simply amazing. Tom knew all the best spots to get photos and the river cruise was brilliant. Then walked around the Yuyuan Old Street and market area. Tom helped us buy the best tea in the market area. He collected us from our hotel which was out of town and the car was very clean and he was early for pickup too which helped with the traffic. Tom's english is excellent and was very professional, highly recommended him and this tour.

Shanghai Night Tour must see - A must see experience to see Shanghai night life! My guide was awesome and wasn’t too overwhelming where they’re too talkative and too insistent

Definitely the best tour guide! - My boyfriend and I usually go on three cruises a year and always use private tour operators. We've had a lot of really great tours. But what we're currently experiencing in Shanghai is just incredible. We booked two tours yesterday. The private tour during the day and the night tour with the VIP river cruise in the evening. We had a really fantastic day. Tom is incredible. Perfectly organized and so attentive. The day was perfect but the VIP tour on the ship left us speechless. THANK YOU!!

A perfect intro to Shanghai - We were very pleasantly surprised by the great experience we had with Tom. The boat cruise was a good orientation to the city, and the driving and walking we did helped us better understand Shanghai. Tom's English was excellent and driving skills made us very comfortable as well. He listened to our questions and crafted the stops based on our interests. A great time!

Wonderful cruise ! - Excellent tour ! Our tour guide, Tom, was great and very informative. We had a wonderful evening. The cruise gives you a unique view of the modern and old Shanghai. Don’t miss it!

All of china was at the dock. So we wasted 1 hour. - We were collected on time, no problem here. The only hitch was that no tickets were bought for the cruise so we had to wait a whole hour (or close to it) in an ugly parking lot. By the time we finished the late cruise we had exactly 3 mins to drive to some temple to see the lights. I think we got there at 21:57 and the lights went off at 22:00. This was an expensive evening to just basically see one thing. The cruise though was wonderful, and they do buy a VIP ticket so that you don’t sit with trillions of people. However , the sailing times of the cruises should be taken into consideration and tickets bought earlier, so that you can board immediately.

Badly organised - Badly planned. And no offer of a partial refund. Tom or his employee made us wait for over an hour for boat tickets. WHY DID HE NOT GET TICKETS EARLIER? Why make us wait with 10000s of people in the parking lot ??? We offered to go to the other place first and come back later for the boat cruise. He refused. And then we went to the Chinese market when the lights switched off. Do not recommend.
